Proverbs 17:15 He that justifieth the wicked, and he that condemneth the just, even they both are abomination to the LORD.
This one kinda hit home to me. We were going over it in bible time, and the best way I can explain it is maybe an example. If someone commits a grievous sin (let's say against one's children) and you justify that sin (let's say call it a sub-culture study) that is an abomination to the Lord. And let's also say that someone tries to do the right thing and expose that sin (to protect the children) and they are condemned (and lied about and slandered) that is an abomination to the Lord. It just hit me that it was an ABOMINATION to the LORD.
