Spiritual Journal - Walking with God - Entry #211 - Sometime is Missing -------- ------- -------

What would you think if you drove past several churches on Sunday morning when services are usually happening and you saw no one at the churches? No cars....the churches abandon all of a sudden. Would you think you missed the "rapture" and was left behind? So you would agree that it is Normal to see services on Sunday at Churches with cars in the parking lot. And if that did not happen....you would think something is wrong.

I have a problem....I drove by several churches this morning to go to the park to walk....it was very early. My prayer time was shorter than normal so I thought I would go walk while it was cool and talk with the Holy Spirit. That is when it hit me.......NO ONE is at the churches. No ministers at least were at the churches praying.

What would happen if a Minister really decided to take hold of God and hold Him to His word? What would happen if a minister decided to be at his church at 4:00 A.M. until 7:00 A.M. praying and worshipping God every morning? Can you imagine the lights on in the church early in the morning?

I can tell you what would happen for I seen it with my own eyes. One man decided that he was going to take hold of God and hold Him to His word. This man's church grew from 40 people to over 8,000 people and growing.

There are periods in time that we can look at and see where God moved a man to pray and move the world. Martin Luther and Andrew Murray are both examples of this principle. The first thing I am going to do when I get into my 1st church is open it up at 4:00 A.M. day one and be there praying until finished every morning possible.

Every morning I awake at 4:00 A.M. My alarm is set and I get up and pray. Sometimes I do not stay awake but my prayers are always first thing in the morning. My prayers last until I am done. What will happen to the 1st church God places me in?

To God be ALL the glory

PJ
