Barna: Romney Got Lowest Level of Evangelical Support Since Dole
Mitt Romney, the Republican nominee for president this year, received the lowest level of support among evangelicals of any Republican presidential candidate since Bob Dole in 1996, according to a report by Barna Group, a Christian polling organization.
Romney received the support of 81 percent of evangelicals, compared to 88 percent for John McCain in 2008, and 83 percent and 85 percent, respectively, for George W. Bush in 2000 and 2004. Only Dole received a lower level of evangelical support at 74 percent in Barna's polling....

Aw c'mon you guys it is blatantly obvious that Liberalism is much much more dangerous to society than mormonism. Nobody has ever been really bothered about mormonism. The people with common sense have just left them to get on with their daft weird religious practices and beliefs.
Whereas Liberalism is directly corrupt depraved and dangerous to church and society as we have seen in recent decades.
Part of modern decline both in church and state stems from Liberalism. Look at what the Obama/Democrat party have introduced into society in the last four years, and into government of the nation.
It was a judgment of error to vote this evil influence into government and where so called "evangelicals" voted otherwise they made a disastrous mistake. To perceive mormonism as lethal to society as Liberalism is bad judgment. History proves that.

He has convinced many of you that he is a sheep but will turn on you when convenient for himself. Mormonism aside, though a big item, Romney is a selfserving politition. He does not love or fear God. He hates the one true God.
On another note. We as individuals are not going to make an appreciable difference on a national level. However, we can make a huge difference to the gentlman next door who has cancer. Do unto others... They will know you by your love, one for another... God has given us our marching orders

That was really bright?? If you want to know which is the most dangerous Liberalism or mormonism - then look around you. Liberalism is the most powerful antichrist which has come in to society since the Reformation got rid of the papal antichrist. Obama+Democrat provides the satanic disease of Liberalism, abortion the national murder of the unborn infant, sodomy which God declares defiles the very land you live upon, and will destroy marriage and family and the insidious influence of socialism bureaucracy which destroys management and leadership in society - all of which kills moral standards.

The Republican Party could have chosen someone who could have drawn a distintive difference between the two parties.....but instead, they chose Romney....and McCain...hmm

Romney was an awful candidate. A glorified wind sock. A fraud. He was responsible for the blueprint of obamacare!!! He still stands behind romneycare!!!
To all you loopy Evangelical Protestants on here who didn't vote for Romney simply because he is a Mormon, I hope you are happy that Obama is in for another 4 years? That is what you guys wanted? Isn't is? If you guys really wanted a president that would make it possible for Roe v Wade to be overturned then you guys would have voted for Romney instead of voting for a Third Party candidate and thus ensuring that Obama got re-elected.
Unprofitable Servant, Not voting for Romney because he is a Mormon was just as stupid as some Protestants thought in 1960 by not voting for Kennedy because Kennedy was Catholic.

Apparently some feel that someone who actually promotes anti-Christian legislation is better than a cultist who at least supports some values we hold. Hope their conscience is clear. Mine is.
Jim would have to say God made them do it, wouldn't he?

However, Romney, was a complete marshmallow on political position, one thing he was firm on, was Mormonism. Too bad Bob Dole didn't get in, but that's the way God wanted it.
One thing for certain, RB, the next Republican candidate will no more be representative of the people's ideas than the last do to the fact of the Full Show: Plutocracy Rising.
Probably because he is a Mormon. Even though they were not voting for a religious but a political leader the evangelical community did not feel comfortable supporting a member of a cult.
