The effort, informally dubbed King's Way, caps years of outreach between Warren and Muslims. Warren has broken Ramadan fasts at a Mission Viejo mosque, met Muslim leaders abroad and addressed 8,000 Muslims at a national convention in Washington D.C.

Saddleback worshippers have invited Muslims to Christmas dinner and played interfaith soccer at a picnic in Irvine attended by more than 300 people. ...

That's right! Let's stand strong and glorify Jesus by proving our faith in these strange and wicked times. God bless you

No need to repent, he's an evangelical pastor. They do as they like.

Where is the Sbc on this one?? I am very concerned.. I attend a "reformed baptist" church. And ask them about Warren, and they just jump on board, with the religious correct bandwagon too.
It's the same problem, with this "new Calvinist " movement, piper, Driscoll, and the rest of the charismatic craziness, that's going on in this movement. There is NO discernent at all, they LOVE to talk about justification, but nothing of saintification. It's the emergent church, with a confession of faith..

Michael from Florida, you do have a good point. I don't know Ricky is considered a Southern Baptist, but unfortunately being a Baptist, otherwise very good Southern Baptist like John Ankerberg don't say a word about him. But independent Baptists have no use for Ricky. Apparently Ricky needs some way for Identifying Moderate Muslims. there really aren't that many out there, no matter what Ricky and some Catholic social organizations say.

This guy, is a wolf!! He is not a preacher, of the Christian faith. He is the pragmatic poster child, of the Sbc. Even the "new Calvinist" are on board too. That's another subject!
