Billy Graham still preaches the Gospel of inclusion

Billy Graham

MONTREAT, N.C. — Every morning the world’s most famous evangelist walks slowly and carefully up the narrow road twisting behind his log cabin. He sits on an iron bench, set in a clearing amid the pines where a tiny stream plunges down the ridge to form an icy pool far below.

Here, Billy Graham, 86 and every day more frail, prays, “Help me, Lord.” Here, he practices his voice, a habit of 40 years, “like an opera singer does the scales. Yes. Yes. Yes. No. No. No.”

He’s warming up for his 417th crusade — three nights of Christian testimony and music in New York, culminating in his inimitable call to come forward to God. The event in late June will be his first appearance in the city since he packed Central Park in 1991.

Today, as many fundamentalists and “traditionalists” refuse to share podiums with people who don’t share their vision of salvation, Graham opens his events to people of every ...

Thank you, Walt, for your comment: "Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto a net, that was cast into the sea, and gathered of every kind."

Thank You Chill for your true and proper judgment on the matter with Anthony. It's good to hear someone elses judgment.

If people such as Anthony would simply think about it: Only a fool, or someone who is clearly ignorant of God's love, which is the same as being ignorant (simply not knowing) would be upset and outraged that many that we have cut from the Vine have been grafted into the Vine, by the Vine. We are not the ones to either graft or ungraft anyone. Only the devil would be mad that so many others will be in Heaven with us. Why is that such bad news? That is so ungodly to think that way. Let us learn God and then grow up.

Anthony, I realize that when I put myself out here that I would receive remarks from bigots as yourself. I understand that the majority of those who claim Christ, and who probably really do believe Him to be their Savior, and Who probably is your Savior, would try and dismantle the Good News that I preach. And that's o.k. I will never cut you down as you have me, and surely many others. You are on a bandwagon with a few of your friends who have called you up to get you involved with their show of ignorance, and you bit the bullet grossly. Yet I must show love to even you, even though you have failed in your lack of attempt to love me. And if what you say is true of me, in which it isn't, you still have not received legal lisence from God to say the things that you must one day repent of. Let all the viewers of this sight determine for themselves who has shown who the love that God commands us to show: You or me. Judge for yourselves people, in which I mean make your own decision on this matter, and that from the perspective of the Word and by the leading of the Holy Spirit.

Finally, to set the record straight: I've never truly listened to a full sermon by Preacher Graham, nor have I listened to one from you, Anthony. But I would listen to him way before I would you.

Neil, I am finished with your childish remarks. It's obvious that you will never answer for us all the questions presented to you, so what's the use in dragging on this silly statement, especially since the Word says for us to leave the presence of a fool when you do not perceive, which means to discern from their lips the contents of their heart, a desire for knowledge (Truth). Bye. Bye.

According to the law of Moses, this woman was fully deserving of being stoned to death for her adultery.

Crying "judge not lest you be judged" or "let he who is without sin cast the first stone" is a favorite tactic among fags and so-called Christians, just like it was among the ancient Sodomites. "And they said, Stand back. And they said again, This one fellow came in to sojourn, and he will needs be a judge: now will we deal worse with thee, than with them. And they pressed sore upon the man, even Lot, and came near to break the door" Genesis 19:9. It really doesn't make any sense to use these verses against someone who is following Christ's command to preach to every creature, because preaching and judging aren't the same things. So if you're going to use these verses, at least use them in context - don't be a typical sodomite and say it just because you're too weak-minded to address the issues.

If you still think that we aren't supposed to judge under any circumstances, then you better not tell me to stop judging. Otherwise, you'd be guilty of judging me.

News Item5/22/05 9:00 AM
Westboro Baptist Church
The law of Moses called for the stoning of a person who was caught in adultery and that stoning had to be done by someone who was not guilty of the sin with which the accused was charged. Who Christ is referring to here is someone who is not guilty of some scandalous sin and more particularly, adultery. Christ called the generation in which He lived an adulterous and sinful generation, meaning, at least partially, that adultery was extremely prevalent. Therefore, as was shown by each of the accusers leaving without casting any stone, each of those accusers was just as guilty of adultery, if not more so, than the woman. He preached to them about their hypocrisy, convicting each one of them of their sins to such an extent that none could stand their own conscience. Also, by the very words "Go and sin no more," Christ preached repentance to the woman. Christ did not say "Go and continue living your wicked and adulterous life and I will grant you salvation anyway".

Further, by telling him that was without sin to cast the first stone, Christ showed to the woman that He was merciful, and to her accusers, he showed that He is the searcher of hearts. Christ, not only by His words, but also by His actions, preached that salvation is by grace and not by works. continued..

Doesn't the Bible say not to judge?

Yes. However, you may not understand what that means. It means not to judge unrighteously, it means not to judge using your human judgment, and it means not to judge hypocritically. In other words, don't substitute your judgment for God's, and don't judge other people when you are guilty of impenitently engaging in the same sins (i.e., Don't cast the first stone). However, there are several verses in the Bible where we are told to judge. "Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment" John 7:24. "But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man" I Corinthians 2:15. "Do ye not know that the saints shall judge the world? and if the world shall be judged by you, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters?" I Corinthians 6:2.

Many people use the story of the woman taken in adultery as an excuse to not ever preach to anyone. The simple truth of the matter is that Christ not only preached at the woman, but also at all of her accusers. By saying "He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her," Christ was not speaking of someone who was entirely free from any and all sin, as there was no such person other than Christ himself. continued..

neither could they blush: therefore they shall fall among them that fall: at the time [that] I visit them they shall be cast down, saith the LORD." Jeremiah 6:14-15. And also in the New Testament we are warned: "For there are many unruly and vain talkers and deceivers, specially they of the circumcision: Whose mouths must be stopped, who subvert whole houses, teaching things which they ought not, for filthy lucre's sake. One of themselves, [even] a prophet of their own, said, The Cretians [are] alway liars, evil beasts, slow bellies. This witness is true. Wherefore rebuke them sharply, that they may be sound in the faith." Titus 1:11-13; "But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction. And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of." II Peter 2:1,2. What you need to hear is that God hates people, and that your chances of going to heaven are nonexistent, unless you repent. What you need to hear is a little fire and brimstone preaching, like Jesus preached. What you don't need to hear is that you're okay just the way you are, continued

Why do you preach hate?

Because the Bible preaches hate. For every one verse about God's mercy, love, compassion, etc., there are two verses about His vengeance, hatred, wrath, etc. The maudlin, kissy-pooh, feel-good, touchy-feely preachers of today's society are damning this nation and this world to hell. They are telling you what you want to hear rather than what you need to hear, just like what happened in the days of Isaiah and Jeremiah: "That this [is] a rebellious people, lying children, children [that] will not hear the law of the LORD: Which say to the seers, See not; and to the prophets, Prophesy not unto us right things, speak unto us smooth things, prophesy deceits: Get you out of the way, turn aside out of the path, cause the Holy One of Israel to cease from before us." Isaiah 30:9-11; "Then the LORD said unto me, The prophets prophesy lies in my name: I sent them not, neither have I commanded them, neither spake unto them: they prophesy unto you a false vision and divination, and a thing of nought, and the deceit of their heart." Jeremiah 14:14; "They have healed also the hurt [of the daughter] of my people slightly, saying, Peace, peace; when [there is] no peace. Were they ashamed when they had committed abomination? nay, they were not at all ashamed, continued

Wow, a powerful statement and testimony from the Westboro Baptist Church below.

It also goes to show the very high standard that the Lord has for his ministers and those who preach the true gospel of Jesus Christ.

Indeed, a minister and preacher is held to the highest of standards when it comes to the gospel of Christ, and that does require a minister to draw a line in the sand and say, "this far, and no further."

The article says,

"Graham, a founder of the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability, was scrupulous about tracking funds long before the 1980s televangelism scandals. He has never been alone in a room with a woman who’s not related. Rising star evangelist Rick Warren, author of mega-seller “The Purpose-Driven Life,” copied that policy for his Saddleback Community Church senior staff years ago."

One's first impression might be that through his example of avoiding sin he has been truly saved, but as a minister avoiding women alone is only one step in a very demanding calling by God.

Let's pray that Billy Graham will be drawn into repentence for promoting division and schism in the body of Christ during the past 50 years.

Billy Graham - nearly 85 and in bad health - will soon be in hell, on any view of the matter. This evil man has endorsed the sodomite agenda for filthy lucre's sake(Tit 1:11), perverted the words of the living God (Jer 23:26), corrupted the word of God(2Cor 2:17), walked in craftiness and handled the word of God decietfully(2Cor 4:2), and wrested (i.e, twisted) the scriptures to his own destruction (2 Pet 3:16). Graham has made common cause with leading religous charlatans and heretics: Fulton J. Sheen, Robert Shuller, Norman V Peale, J.B Philips, Larry King, John Paul 2, Gerald Kenedy, National Council of Churches.

Billy Graham - long ago and in his youth at Bob Jones university was a friend of the pastor of Westboro Baptist Church. Graham has apostatized, and is now reprobate concerning the faith (2 Tim 3:8). A modern Balaam running greedily after error for reward (Jude 11), loving the wages of unrighteousness (2Pet 2:15). His damnation - irreversibly decreed from eternity - lingereth not, slumbereth not.(2 Pet 2:3; Jud 4) " Woe unto you (Billy)! How can ye escape the damnation of Hell?!" (Matt 23:33).

Mat 22:13 Then said the king to the servants, Bind him hand and foot, and take him away, and cast him into outer darkness; there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Beloved Born Again Bible Believing Brothers and Sisters,

It sure seems that there has been a very sensitive nerve hit. It staggers the imagination that the precious gospel of Christ, who died for wretched sinners such as ourselves to turn us from our inexcussible rebellion against God, His Commandments and His Holy Word and cleanse us and make us new, new creatures in Christ, who would now delight in being obedient to and serve Him who gave His life for us....

could be so twisted by those who hate God as He really is into "everyone is already saved". What a lie!!!

It will be part of my joy in heaven to one day meet all of you who for Christ's sake have repented of sin and believed on Him for eternal life and along with you have the exceeding privilge of worshipping our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, Forever and Ever!!!

News Item5/22/05 6:12 AM
Chill, would you point out exactly how it is that I have transgressed.

Their was a need for that deciever to be rebuked, and I did so!

Act 13:8 But Elymas the sorcerer (for so is his name by interpretation) withstood them, seeking to turn away the deputy from the faith.
Act 13:9 Then Saul, (who also is called Paul,) filled with the Holy Ghost, set his eyes on him,
Act 13:10 And said, O full of all subtilty and all mischief, thou child of the devil, thou enemy of all righteousness, wilt thou not cease to pervert the right ways of the Lord?
Act 13:11 And now, behold, the hand of the Lord is upon thee, and thou shalt be blind, not seeing the sun for a season. And immediately there fell on him a mist and a darkness; and he went about seeking some to lead him by the hand.

I guess Paul wasn't very loving in your opinion!

Interesting, you probably have a lot less to say when a universalist flatters people that they shall inherit the kingdom of God, even though they are unrepentant, thereby spreading a net for their feet!

What love is this?

News Item5/22/05 5:58 AM
Wow anthony, you are certainly spreading a gospel of Christ with love, charity and hope.

I think most people agree Faith is foremost, and works is only a by- product of that faith.

Anthony you boast someone else is not keeping Gods commandments but I'm confident that you are a hypocrit and breaking Gods Commandments as well.

So will you escape hell because you warned others but yet continue in sin yourself?

You should of kept on reading 1john 2:4 all the way to verse 9.

"he that saith he is in the light, and hateth his brother,is in darkness even until now"

Why your at it how about quoting 1John 3:23? Let me quote since you by-passed it,
"And this is his commandment,That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and Love one another,as he gave commandment.
:23 And he that keepeth his commandments dwelleth in him and he in him,And hereby we know that he abideth in us,by the Spirit which he hath given us.

Its ez to pick scripture out and beat someone else over the head with it,however be careful you don't end up becoming a hypocrit.

20 Well; because of unbelief they were broken off, and thou standest by faith. Be not highminded, but fear: 21 For if God spared not the natural branches, take heed lest he also spare not thee. 22 Behold therefore the goodness and severity of God: on them which fell, severity; but toward thee, goodness, if thou continue in his goodness: otherwise thou also shalt be cut off.

[3] MAT 16:18 And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. PSA 72:17 His name shall endure for ever: his name shall be continued as long as the sun: and men shall be blessed in him: all nations shall call him blessed. 102:28 The children of thy servants shall continue, and their seed shall be established before thee. MAT 28:19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: 20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen. (WCF, 25:5).

Q.61. Are all they saved who hear the gospel, and live in the church?
A. All that hear the gospel, and live in the visible church, are not saved; but they only who are true members of the church invisible (Jn.xii.38-40, Rom.ix.6, Matt.xxii.14, Matt.vii.21, Rom.xi.7).

V. The purest Churches under heaven are subject both to mixture and error;[1] and some have so degenerated, as to become no Churches of Christ, but synagogues of Satan.[2] Nevertheless, there shall be always a Church on earth to worship God according to His will.[3]

[1] 1CO 13:12 For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known. MAT 13:24-30, 47 Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto a net, that was cast into the sea, and gathered of every kind.

[2] REV 18:2 And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird. ROM 11:18 Boast not against the branches. But if thou boast, thou bearest not the root, but the root thee. 19 Thou wilt say then, The branches were broken off, that I might be graffed in.

News Item5/22/05 4:49 AM
Jam 2:19 Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.
Jam 2:20 But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead?

Those who profess to know God, but do not have obedient faith, faith that that obeys God's commandments, they are truly liars!

All liars shall have their part in the lake of fire which burns with brimstone!

1Jo 2:4 He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.

News Item5/22/05 4:35 AM
Ed, you are very clearly a wolf, heretic, deciever of the worst kind, you come hear parading as a loving believer, your false love, is actually hate!

Pro 29:5 A man that flattereth his neighbour spreadeth a net for his feet.

You flatter the multitude of ungodly who are on the broad way to destruction, that Jesus died for them and that they shall recieve eternal life.
You thus make yourself wiser than God, who rejects all unrepentant sinners!

Likely you will reply with utter foolishness, as you have already done here so many times!

Pro 15:2 The tongue of the wise useth knowledge aright: but the mouth of fools poureth out foolishness.

Billy Graham is decieving people like you!

Joh 3:36 ....he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.

Luk 13:5 I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.

Rev 22:14 Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.
Rev 22:15 For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.

Mat 25:46 And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.

Neil, I noticed that you've yet to clarify yourself on any of my former statements. You saying that I am not rationally-minded enough to conversate with is just a scheme for you to back out of your bust. Why are you dodging inquiring minds? Have you something to hide? Are you afraid that it may be as I've perceived through you attempted cover-ups? Why are you silently avoiding my questions which again I ask:

"Now if you can spell out for us all clearly your stand on the whole issue without hiding and beating around the bush, then maybe an apology would be in line for you from me. And I would be delighted to do so, but only after you make very clear your true stand, which you have only vaguely done thus far. Be a true man and unveil what you are camoflauging so relentlessly, especially since God already knows your heart on the matter."
