Study says too many Americans still drink too much
On any given day in the United States, 18 percent of men and 11 percent of women drink more alcohol than federal guidelines recommend, according to a study that also found that 8 percent of men and 3 percent of women are full-fledged "heavy drinkers."

That means the great majority of Americans stay within the advised limit of two drinks a day for men and one for women, according to the study that appeared in the Journal of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

"And in fact, most adults don't drink at all on any given day," said lead author Patricia Guenther, a nutritionist at the U.S. Department of Agriculture's (USDA) Center for Nutrition Policy and Promotion. ...

If Americans Would Abstain From Alcoholic Drinks Altogether, There Wouldn't Problems Of "Many Americans Still Drink(ing) Too Much" !

"Wine Is A Mocker, Strong Drink Is Raging: And Whosoever Is Deceived Thereby Is Not Wise."--Proverbs 20:1

Remember Noah's SIN Of Drunkeness & Exposure Of His Nakedness ?

"And Noah began to be an husbandman, and he planted a vineyard:

And he drank of the wine, and was drunken; and he was uncovered within his tent.

And Ham, the father of Canaan, saw the nakedness of his father, and told his two brethren without.

And Shem and Japheth took a garment, and laid it upon both their shoulders, and went backward, and covered the nakedness of their father; and their faces were backward, and they saw not their father's nakedness.

And Noah awoke from his wine, and knew what his younger son had done unto him.

And he said, Cursed be Canaan; a servant of servants shall he be unto his brethren.

And he said, Blessed be the LORD God of Shem; and Canaan shall be his servant.

God shall enlarge Japheth, and he shall dwell in the tents of Shem; and Canaan shall be his servant.

And Noah lived after the flood three hundred and fifty years.

And all the days of Noah were nine hundred and fifty years: and he died." Genesis 9:9-29.

and more and more will they, as you see in nations where poverty, malnutrition and joblessness prevails. the illness of malnutrition is already seen on the land. although alcoholism has its spiritual and moral causes, it also has its physical..... many do well in overcoming alcohol addiction through restoring vitamin b intake, where the cravings decrease..... what you would find in brewer's yeast and grass-fed animal products. but who am I to promote wholesome food and wholesome living? we are so "past that" now in the 21st Century. we are a generation who does not respect the Provision of God and have left it to the collectivists to feed us.

15 "Woe to you who make your neighbors drink, Who mix in your venom even to make them drunk So as to look on their nakedness!
16 "You will be filled with disgrace rather than honor. Now you yourself drink and expose your own nakedness. The cup in the LORD'S right hand will come around to you, And utter disgrace will come upon your glory.
Luke 21
34 "Be on guard, that your hearts may not be weighted down with dissipation and drunkenness and the worries of life, and that day come on you suddenly like a trap;
35 for it will come upon all those who dwell on the face of all the earth.
36 "But keep on the alert at all times, praying in order that you may have strength to escape all these things that are about to take place, and to stand before the Son of Man."---NASB
