Drug-induced Murder: What Caused the Connecticut School Shootings?
The Internet is rife with details about the firearms Adam Lanza used to kill 20 children and 6 adults before turning a handgun on himself at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut, on December 14. But information about Lanza's medical history is scarce, breeding speculation that he may fit the profile of school shooters under the influence of psychotherapeutic medication.

"In virtually every mass school shooting during the past 15 years, the shooter has been on or in withdrawal from psychiatric drugs," writes Lawrence Hunter of the Social Security Institute. "Yet, federal and state governments continue to ignore the connection between psychiatric drugs and murderous violence, preferring instead to exploit these tragedies in an oppressive and unconstitutional power grab to snatch guns away from innocent, law-abiding people." ...

That's fine Kyle, just remember, 5 people where accidentally shot at 3 separate gun shows last Saturday. Please just be careful...

I love you guys. If that makes you feel safe to pack a weapon, so be it. I feel like i would like to see more training...
This is merely my opinion, and again, i do respect everyone else's opinion on this topic. That is what makes this a great country.
Amen Barry. I'd wager your odds of getting in an accident driving to the restaurant, are greater than accidently getting shot there.

yep, americans eating gm foods, taking in all the heavy metals, etc, now turning to more and more meds, which never actually corrects the issues at hand..... just as the abortionist I talked with said would happen! Christians go right along with it and never question.... an enslaved generation, that can't plant a seed or feed a chicken, but lives out of a box.

simple vitamin deficiencies, parasites, many things can make people anxious, etc, so put them on SSRI's, now that makes a lot of sense! a sick generation, truly!

swat teams coming in to dismantle raw milk farmers across the country! replacing raw milk with SSRI's that's what we are doing.

the enzymes are in the original foods. M puts hormones in a generation of cows, with odd hormone changes in children around the world, and the Christians keep taking it in! how far can we destroy the human body and expect not to see consequences? everytime I go to wallyworld, I surely see it.

instead of giving this generation natural milk we give them hallucinatory drugs!

farmers are now considered the criminals and drug pushers are the gatekeepers.

This problem in our society has multiple parts. 1. The unregenerate heart of man is at enmity with God. 2. The unsaved is not at peace, and sin brings guilt. 3. Running to medicine to fix a spiritual problem cannot work. 4. SSRI type drugs are hallucinatory. 5. The mind of the unregenerate is blinded by the devil (IICor.) and thousands now are affected by hallucinatory drugs on top of that blindness. People lose their sense of reality under the influence of these drugs. 6. This is like gasoline on a fire...blinded by nature and now hallucinating.7. Our nation has rejected God and we see the awful results. 8. Learn one thing...you had better be careful what you put (inject) into your body because big pharma is all about making MONEY. Maybe if a label warns that what's inside can cause suicidal tendencies, people should STOP GIVING IT TO THEIR KIDS.

The Word of God has the answer, but it is the rejection of His truth that brings woe. Christ in the life by faith and God's law written on the heart by grace is what we as a nation greatly need. We don't need more meds, we need more preachers of the gospel and the spirit of repentance poured out on this land once again.

I hear you Barry. I respect the men in uniform. I don't carry. I don't like handguns. I love rifles. Especially ww2 rifles. I don't think people should be running around like dodge city. There is a time and place for firearms. I do think people should have a right to own a rifle. I don't think criminals and felons and the mentally unstable should have that right.

I understand your point mr common sense. I do think law abiding citizens can have a fire arm . I don't think criminals , gangbangers and the mentally ill should be Able to have access to having a gun

Most who practice the right to bear arms are not shooting schools up and committing crimes on a daily basis.

I didn't blame the piece of metal.

The blame falls squarely on the back of the so called "right to bear arms." This has developed into a very large and easily accessed retail arsenal of military style weaponry in the shopping area of America.

The kid shouldn't have had access to guns in the first place. But we will blame the gun, the drugs. The gun shop, his disadvantaged childhood. His illness. The kid should have been somewhere other than home. Somewhere he could have got help. But no. The government chooses not to deal with the mentally ill . And they also make it easy for a felon and criminal to get a gun. It's a tragedy in sandy hook but no one cares about the extremely high murder rate in Chicagoland where Criminals and gang bangers have illegal arms. But let's not blame them , lets blame the gun. And I doubt they got the gun at a gunshop but off the street illegally. Then lets crucify law abiding citizens for what criminals and felons do. Makes no sense

He didn't get the gun from a gunstore, he shot his mother and took her guns. The guns didn't get up and do it. He did. I also do not see a gunshop on every street corner. At least where I'm from there aren't. Stop blaming the gun and place blame where it belongs .

oh no, they drugged the guns??? (just wondering because that was being reported previously as the cause)
If the guns were not so extensively and comprehensively available as arsenals on every street corner, then even drugged people wouldn't have so prevalent, easy and abundant an access to such automatic weapons as these Psychiatric "drugged" individuals are able to shop for and choose!!!

Hey Mr. B, I live in Williamstown, in Grant County. I have traveled the world and the Lord willing I will for the remainder of my life call Kentucky home. I love it here. I was born and spent my youth in Owen County. Thanks for asking.
