Hundreds get bird’s-eye view from world’s tallest towers
Hundreds of shoppers, schoolchildren and tourists rode express-elevators halfway up the world’s tallest skyscrapers — Malaysia’s gleaming Petronas Twin Towers that opened to the public Tuesday. Tourists can visit the 41st floor, nearly halfway up. The double buildings are 88 stories high.
