Myanmar Christians flee religious persecution
Religious persecution is not only targeting Muslims in Myanmar, but also Christians.

More than 100,000 Christians from Myanmar live in Malaysia as refugees after recently fleeing their homes because of religious persecution.

‚ÄúMyanmar isn't safe for us. They killed people, sent people to jail because of religion,‚ÄĚ said one of the Christian refugees.

Probably one of the best and most accurate articles that was in WND at least I assume it was in WND, since it was written by the founder of it. (The Jews took no one's land). In fact the Jews have been very tolerant of Arab squatters on the land that God has given them. Israel is a bastion of civilization in the Middle East. One thing we getting some much money is because they are such an inventive people that they contribute a lot to --American-- defense. We should make them our 51st state! The only thing that Muslims have contributed, (The Bloody Legacy of Islam) here is a tongue-in-cheek solution to the Middle East problem - - (One State Solution--YouTube)

Why is our American continuing to Support Israel with more than three million dollars per day, while these atrocities are allowed to continue? Why are we, Christians, paying the rent for illegal Israeli settlers while Palestinians are being ruthlessly and "illegally" displaced?

Why is the Israeli government buying so much lead? Is it for bunkers to protect them from the next nuclear crisis? You and I will certainly not benefit from them.

This government needs the gospel more than any group. Perhaps the politicians we vote into office need to hear about the consequences of the actions/in-actions.

Has our involvement in other countries brought this on? Have other governments watched American politics make warmongers, money mongers become more emboldened?

What has been our role and effectiveness in these regions where persecutions abound more and more? I speak as a Christian in a country once occupied by Indians only; millions and millions of them.

An interesting YouTube accompanied the article that SA linked up to, no doubt quite a few are nominal "Christians," though some could be Christian as well. However, whatever their brand of Christianity they should have freedom of Religion Myanmar

My peaceful gentle Buddhism? One should be reminded of pre-war Japan, perhaps some Japanese ideas got transplanted to them during their WWII occupation?

Dr. John Weldon wrote:
Thus, those who argue there is an essential similarity between Buddhist and Christian concepts of savior are wrong. In fact, at their core, Buddhism and Christianity are irreconcilable, as far removed as the East and West. Indeed, virtually every major Christian doctrine is denied in Buddhism and vice versa. We would therefore suggest that a merging of the two traditions results in a disservice to both.

For their part, Buddhists have long recognized the differences between the two faiths. The knowledgeable Buddhist is aware that the doctrines and teachings of biblical Christianity are an enemy rather than a friend,...
