Judge Blocks Texas' Abortion Regs

For the second time a federal judge has ruled against Texas' abortion regulations, citing that a majority abortion clinics would close because owners refuse to upgrade their facilities to meet basic health and safety standards that were set to go into effect Monday.

District Judge Lee Yeakel wrote in his ruling Friday that requiring abortion clinic to meet the same standards as ambulatory surgical centers, such as widening doorways to enable paramedics to bring stretchers into the clinic to transport patients to the hospital, is too costly for abortion clinic owners and, therefore, "imposes an undue burden on women seeking an abortion."

Abortion clinic owners had one year to upgrade their facilities to meet these basic requirements, which includes having adequate plumbing, heating, lighting and ventilation, and equipment that can properly sterilize surgical instruments; ensuring that the doors ...

"Racial genocide." Very astute observation Wayfarer. This is Maggie Singer's dream (nightmare) come true. The irony is that her biggest proponent today is the first [half] black in the White House. And the NAACP is a big supporter. Our black mothers have been seduced to killing nearly half of us conceived. Other races are reaping the whirlwind also. Japan, Russia, and well over half of the EU have a shortage of young workers to support their aged retirees. If it wasn't for immigration (legal & illegal) the U.S. would be in the same boat. And the clear winner will be Islam.

Can you imagine if a law was passed to keep hospitals clean or to have physicians practice competently . Oh wait ... , it is required to passed state standards. Why do we not want the same for such a high risk procedure. Because it interferes with commerce and sanctioned racial genicide .

That stupid federal judge really is nuts as well as being demon possessed. Demon possession is the only logical explanation for that judges ruling.

The article says "Abortion clinic owners had one year to upgrade their facilities to meet these basic requirements, which includes having adequate plumbing, heating, lighting and ventilation, and equipment that can properly sterilize surgical instruments; ensuring that the doors to the facilities can accommodate stretchers for emergencies; and maintain a sanitary facility to ensure the health and safety of patients."

I'm starting to wonder if there is a new disease out there called abortion fever that not only kills babies but also seeks to put the lives of women at risk while numbing the intellect of our judges and making a ton of money doing it. Seriously, someday someone is going to get away with opening an abortion clinic in a women's public restroom at your local gas station. Seems like the liberals want Gossnell's clinic to be the new standard and he be released and called a hero of women in Philadelphia.

"Professing to be wise they became fools."
