A federal judge declared a portion of Utah’s polygamy ban unconstitutional late Wednesday, essentially decriminalizing polygamy in the state.
U.S. District Court Judge Clark Waddoups ruled the phrase in the law ‚Äú‚Äėor cohabits with another person‚Äô is a violation of the Free Exercise Clause of the First Amendment to the United States Constitution and is without a rational basis under the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment.‚ÄĚ
The ruling comes in a lawsuit filed by reality TV polygamist Kody Brown and his wives, who left Utah fearing prosecution. They sued the state, arguing that the ban violated their right to freely practice their religion....

its already happening. that's what giving kids the ability to "choose their gender" or combining bathrooms or facilities in CA is about, interesting those who do real reporting and find that same people who push through things like this are often also working to decrease punishment of pedophiles, things like that.... the whole thing is connected and the ADL bringing in homosexuality into the public schools, all part of the same thing, "education" as they say.
the rise of the police state is to remind families that the children belong to the state, and not to God and family, also in the works.
common core is working with the new federal sexuality standards, all in the works.
" decriminalization of all sexual related crimes against children"
Never will happen, they will continue to use the cliche of child porn to justify all sorts of police state terrorism upon citizens and to further the expanding justification of gaining access without warrant to anyone's personal files, computers, hard drives, etc. whether when traveling or in the perceived safety of one's own home.
The next and final shoe will lowering the age of sexual consent for minors and the decriminalization of all sexual related crimes against children. Welcome to the new libertarianism so many have wished for.
I see the Constitution needs to be tweaked, for no other reason some of these judges don't realize what it takes to make a secular (note I didn't say religious) society to function properly.
1 Corinthians 7 2 But because of immoralities, let each man have his own wife, and let each woman have her own husband. 3 Let the husband fulfill his duty to his wife, and likewise also the wife to her husband. 4 The wife does not have authority over her own body, but the husband does; and likewise also the husband does not have authority over his own body, but the wife does.---NASB
