Federal court strikes down Obamacare mandate for Christian college
A federal court has ruled that the privately run Louisiana College can opt out of an Affordable Care Act (ACA) mandate that violates the school’s religious freedom.

Wednesday’s decision from the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana halted the enforcement of a controversial federal mandate that requires the Christian run Louisiana College, as an employer, to provide insurance coverage for abortion pills to its employees.

Mike, maternity care for old men? now that isn't one of the pluses that was listed in the article, Five reasons Americans already love ObamaCare — plus one reason why they’re gonna love it even more, soon

Kennedy certainly lived like a Catholic in office with his whoring around, he probably set a new record in that.

By the way, John Y., you would be crazy not to read, Saved or Self-Deceived, Part 1 and Saved or Self-Deceived, Part 2

Your way of thinking is just as insane as when Kennedy ran for president in 1960 and some Protestants stated that Kennedy would take orders from the Vatican instead of following the Constitution.

First he had to rename it a tax in order to make it constitutional, since Congress has the right to tax. It's not a tax, but what the heck, there is more than one blind man in Washington. Not shocked that you like the terrible decision. Gotta get those free contraceptives for the lusty ladies and maternity care for the old men.
