Miami Judge Promotes Gay Agenda, Strikes Down Same-Sex Marriage Ban
On Friday about 5:30 p.m., Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Sarah Zabel ruled in favor of the six homosexual couples who served as plaintiffs in the matter of Pareto v. Ruvin. Gay-rights activist groups organized the lawsuit and "forum shopped" by filing the lawsuit in the most liberal legal jurisdiction in the state with the hope of finding a left-leaning judge who would say Florida's law defining marriage as the union of one man and one woman is unconstitutional.

This is the second lawsuit this month where an activist judge in Florida is attempting to advance same-sex marriage with the stroke of a pen instead of honoring and respecting the controlling authorities of the highest law of the land. In her 36-page decision, Zabel relied uniquely on Loving vs. Virgina, where the Supreme Court of the United States in 1967 ruled that the laws prohibiting interracial marriages were unconstitutional. ...

Ditto. What Infuriates me is that the children are being taught this trash as if were undisputed scientific, biologic fact. No ifs, ands, or buts...God made you this way, so embrace it, and anyone who says different is hate filled and ignorant. Boy, oh boy. My Roman Catholic extended family (wifes) all believe this nonscense as do their children who are being brought up in the ways of Rome. Whether or not Rome teaches it as sin, the vast majority of Catholics, according to polls, are embracing the Sodomite plight by condoning their unions, etc. The church says one thing in their writings but nobody hears the truth preached at mass. Nobody hears any preaching about the eternal fate of sodomites or their bodys being ravaged by the lifestyle disease. Nobody calls out the sodomites sitting proudly in the pews to warn them of the hell fire they will wake up in should they die that morning after the mass. Nobody preaches the hard hitting, no holds barred truth because nobody wants to offend. Seemingly, they would rather just let them scream in torments, day and night, without rest, forever and ever. This is not love. This is hatred.
This goes for the mega churches and any other wi

Mr Sutherland and Lady Virtue, well said. It bothers me too, they compare themselves to what is legitimate and created by God with what they do which is sin. It cannot be credible on its own.

I can be counted as such a one. Indeed, there is nothing sinful, inherently or otherwise, about the color of one's skin. I will never be convinced that sodomy is not a choice; it is, and from what I've heard people say, it is difficult to resist that temptation. But salvation from it is possible (I Corinthians. 6:9-11).

Every time I hear someone compare being a sodomite to being black, I am infuriated and I wonder where are all the blacks who should be infuriated, too. The color of a person's skin is something we have no choice in: we are born that way. Being a sodomite is a choice someone makes when they choose to engage in sexually perverse behaviour. Skin color is normal and in accordance with nature and nature's God. Sodomy is deviant behaviour and against nature. It is SIN!

Adam Kolasinski wrote:
Some have compared the prohibition of homosexual marriage to the prohibition of interracial marriage. This analogy fails because fertility does not depend on race, making race irrelevant to the state’s interest in marriage. By contrast, homosexuality is highly relevant because it precludes procreation.
