A Lakewood, Colorado, bakery owner has appealed to the Colorado Court of Appeals an order from the state‚Äôs Civil Rights Commission that he take his employees through a mandatory re-education process because of his religious objections to promoting same-sex ‚Äúmarriage,‚ÄĚ which the state constitutionally does not recognize.
Officials with the Alliance Defending Freedom, who have been handling the legal case for Masterpiece Cakeshop artist Jack Phillips, say the order from the state bureaucrats ‚Äúrequires‚ÄĚ Phillips to ‚Äúre-educate‚ÄĚ his employees that he, and they, must ‚Äúendorse all views,‚ÄĚ and requires Phillips to file quarterly reports for two years proving that the ‚Äúre-education‚ÄĚ has been implemented.
‚ÄúAmericans should not be forced by the government ‚Äď or by another citizen ‚Äď to endorse or promote ideas with which they disagree,‚ÄĚ said lead counsel Nicolle Martin, one of more than 2,400 attorneys...
"he, and they, must ‚Äúendorse all views,‚ÄĚ and requires Phillips to file quarterly reports for two years proving that the ‚Äúre-education‚ÄĚ has been implemented."
What a pity these ignorant and blind bureaucrats cant be re-educated themselves. The world would be a better place.
But one day they will be re-educated when they enter the Judgment of God and learn the truth at last. It will be too late for them then and they will spend a long long eternity wishing they had listened to the Christians.
Job 21:30 That the wicked is reserved to the day of destruction? they shall be brought forth to the day of wrath.
