A nine-person church appeals panel issued an opinion Tuesday, reversing a lower church court decision.
"I feel like dancing today and I feel like rejoicing because this is a big day," said Rev. Frank Schaefer.

Members of the Methodist laity should ask themselves if they are Christian? You will know if you are a Christian if you support what are called the fiery Solas. You can read about them here, What are the āfive solas,ā and what do they mean? You should also read, United Methodists at the End of the Mainline, which is in a Methodists publication. I would hope that how the Methodist Church handled this situation of the minister who performed queer marriages, has made you think once again about leaving the Methodist Church. Look for a good Bible believing church. Some of the characteristics of my own church, is described in the following article, What to Look for in a Church.
