Does going gluten-free have a downside, when it comes to health?
That question is at the center of a vexing health debate pitting some experts who say eliminating gluten confers a bevy of health benefits against others who argue there is no proven benefit except for the small percentage of people with celiac disease, whose bodies can't process the protein, The Wall Street Journal reports.
Many gluten-free foods contain fewer vitamins, less fiber, and more sugar, critics note. But advocates of gluten-free foods argue that many of those products are nutritionally the same or better than their gluten-containing counterparts â even for individuals without celiac disease. The nutritional composition of Chex cereal, for example, didn't change when General Mills removed the gluten and may be a healthier option....

Anne, I think I just lost my nicely thought out response... well, you have made some good observations. add to that egg as the medium for viruses in vaccines. then injected directly into blood. you also might want to look into gm corn and soy, pesticides in relation to gluten problems. Glad to know you and other ladies are doing well. And thanks for your prayers, the longer I'm here, the more I see the need, realizing there are many who are being given understanding from the Lord.
pennned - (mornin'!) it would also do people good to notice that the carrieres of our current vaccination are/were a wheat based product. And all the peanut allergies everyone seems to have nowadays? Our newer shots use a peanut derivative! There's a link, not hard to see. We are setting ourselves up for a failure to thrive from birth!
one might ask why suddenly people are not able to digest gluten? and no, gluten free substitutes are for the most part inferior fillers. however, the gluten issues are real for many, and the antidote, besides proper farming methods and taking the accumulated heavy metals and poisons out of our bodies, is the mother in the kitchen. food in a box is literally destroying generations.
