Vatican says no cause for alarm as Pope Francis to miss procession
Pope Francis will not walk in a traditional religious procession through the streets of Rome on Thursday night in order to save his strength for coming engagements, the Vatican has said.

The announcement follows the pontiff's decision earlier this week to cancel his morning Mass and Wednesday general audiences throughout July.

The Pope, 77, is due to celebrate Mass on the steps of Rome's Basilica of St John Lateran on Thursday evening to mark the Feast of Corpus Domini.

I was listening to a news bit yesterday concerning his holiness, Saint John Paul II and how they have a vial of his blood, what a great man he was, and his beatification. What struck me is the last comment in the story..."The faithful are looking forward to praying to him".
Heartbreaking.

One should only be alarmed that he hasn't made the Pilgrimage From Rome.
