‘Satanist’ arrested for ritual murder in square
A self-described Satanist has been arrested in Greece on suspicion of ritually killing a homeless woman in an Athens public square and planning a second murder for this weekend’s summer solstice, police said Tuesday.

A police statement said the 22-year-old Greek suspect confessed to killing the woman with a heavy stone during a pre-dawn “ritual Satanist ceremony” in the seaside Glyfada suburb.

Police said the suspect had been working alone, and did not appear to be linked with any organized group. ...

Thanks SF. Yes, I'm glad that I'm not in thay position either. I know most disagree with my logic, but when I get past the superficial, fleeting thought of eternal suffering, and really consider it deeply, trying to comprehend what it would be like to cross over and realize immediately that I am damned to an eternity of horror and pain, day and night, without ceasing, forever and ever...I think, yikes. As hard as I try, I can't really grasp it but for the little peeks I get of the emotional devastation unspeakable fear, lonliness, and every other negative emotion that would rush in and never leave, I just can't get myself to ever say, "off with his head", so to speak. Maybe I'm wrong...I just don't know.

Christopher, II'm familiar with that game of tug of war. I hollar jutstice and then plead for their salvation. Let's just say I'm more than thankful that judging (in this sense) is not my job but is instead the job of a Holy, Just God who knows all mens heart and will always do what is right.

William, I wonder what they make of John 8:44 "ye are of your father the devil and the lusts of your father ye will do"

How many of you responding to this article are Christians? Is what you have to say the same as what Christ would have to say?

"Self described Satanist" This poor misguided gullible fool wouldn't know Satan from a rubber duck. The sin dominated reprobates who actually think they can worship and serve Satan don't know that they already belong to him and are destined for hell and damnation. Satan uses these ignorant and blind lackeys as his mindless minions to carry out his vile and malevolent deeds, only to receive the punishment for them in themselves.

What comes to mind moreso than the shock of a Satanist carrying out another ritual is the brutality of the crime. The mere thought of taking a life with a gun or knife is bad enough, but to bludgeon someone to death with a rock, beating and beating until they're dead...that's a different sort of human being.
I think most probably feel different, but I believe in giving anyone and everyone as much time as possible for God to reach. I'm on the fence with capital punishment because eternity is forever and ever. I wouldnt wish eternal suffering on anyone so prefer to allow every possible minute, irregardless of who they are or what they've done.

Yes, start using the electric chair and turn the juice up full blast and fry the murderer. I could easily throw the switch on the chair.
