You have a point, Michael, but then ideology seems to have a strong influence on some of the Justices on both sides of the fence. Of course being human their is going to disagreements, and no human government can be perfect. It took a war between the states to determine some people were human and a couple of amendments to the Constitution at that.

Their religion wouldn't be a problem if the judges were strict constructionist, which is what they are supposed to be. Ideological decisions come from being of the "living document" persuasion.

May God have mercy on his soul.....he is just as lost as many of us once were, but there is hope while there is breath, so pray fervently that God would save him and convict him of his vile mockery. Galatians 6:7-9 "Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap."

He is mocking the reason why he can still breathe!
