Ted Cruz Releases Definitive List of 76 ‘Lawless’ Obama Actions

“President Obama has openly defied [rule of law] by repeatedly suspending, delaying, and waiving portions of the laws that he is charged to enforce. When President Obama disagreed with federal immigration laws, he instructed the Justice Department to cease enforcing the laws. He did the same thing with federal welfare law, drug laws, and the federal Defense of Marriage Act,” Cruz wrote. “In the more than two centuries of our nation’s history, there is simply no precedent for the White House wantonly ignoring federal law and asking others to do the same.”

Cruz details 76 specific actions over eight chapters. We’ve listed eight of them, as chronicled by Cruz, below:

1. “Obama implemented portions of the DREAM Act by executive action” ...

Yes, GStexas, read, Roman Catholicism -- Dr. Martyn Lloyd-Jones. The Fairy Princes of the Romish Church (Bishops etc.) are against Obamacare, this is one excellent reason to be for it, what is interesting apparently the nuns who are in nursing support Obamacare as well. The Fairy Princes want to keep people enslaved or beholden to the Romish Church through their medical facilities, I'm not certainly going to support those servants of Satan, and of course I do support universal healthcare since health insurance needs to redone. It is not for Christians to be stooges for American Council Catholic Bishops (I do believe that's their formal name.) They are of course also working to undermine the death penalty in this country and it looks like they are succeeding.

I still haven't seen the Republican house on Teddy's definitive list?

As opposed to voting for amoral, ultra liberal democrats that propagate humanism, the irradication of Christianity, and totalitarianism? Please do explain how it is less immoral to vote for a canidates such as this.

No thank you ole chap jimminy Lincoln . I cannot accept your advise. The Mormon was the lesser of the two evils. Everyone knows that. So nice attempt to justify yourself. It's very unsettling and scary

I think it's time for Mr Lincoln to come out of the closet and admit that he is a leftist and subscribes to the leftist ideology...all of it,it's the 21st century and you can believe anything you want and call yourself a "Christian"....just do it man, nobody is convinced you are anything else.

You know Jim we share some beliefs. You don't like to view things from a right wing site like New American because you feel all their views are tainted. I have no use, for the most part, for PBS and its leftist leaning documentaries. It is kinda like the Algore documentary Inconvenient Truth, it is inconvenient that none of what he said was truth.

Ah Jim, when you have nothing to say, you post up something from your list of links. I am curious if you can "reason together." How about you post up what I said that was Muslim of me? In your own words, of course.

PS now that you admit voting for Obama, it's no wonder you think moralism is inadequate. It justifies you voting for the immoral. Thanks for clearing it up.

Did I say that Guest 1, if I didn't let me say that I did the last time! Let's see vote for a Mormon investment banker who was running with a Catholic. You had better believe I voted for Obama! Actually, that team would have been slightly more acceptable if their roles had been reversed, but not by much.
By the way, any vote for anyone but a Republican Presidential state, in this reddest of Red-Neck states is nothing more than a protest vote. I have a feeling in the next election I will be forced not to vote either party's candidate as a protest vote, because anything but a vote for a Presidential who isn't a Republican is nothing more than a protest vote. By the way, you should read Roman Catholicism -- Dr. Martyn Lloyd-Jones and what this great preacher had to say about Catholicism -- worse than Communism

It's always interesting to watch when extremist liberals move continually down the road to radical and moral bankruptcy. Then of course, being blind as bats, they complain about the ones who even remotely stand their ground by acting as if the standing is what is going off the cliff. You might even feel sorry for delusional left-wingers if they weren't so destructive.

jobob, I got my money the old fashioned Republican way -- I inherited it. I love you guys supporting the plutocrats because in a small way I really, really like the capital gain tax laws--ah he good life! So, not being in the Buffett bracket, I'm just as tight-fisted as the rest of you.

As I tried to point out via my tablet input on the board, if Obama was guilty of breaking laws, there is a Constitutional method (You guys have heard of the Constitution haven't you? ) rather than the blather that comes out of Cruz's mouth. If Cruz is correct then why hasn't Boehner brought it up before the House? Cruz blasts Obama for ‘breathtaking’ ‘lawlessness’ are you ready to sign a petition to send Cruz back to Canada.

Gentlemen, you should be concerned about what the Nebr. Senator said!

Yes, Strat, even a demagogue, like Cruz can make complaints, or Crist for that matter, so let them do it.
From Merriam-Webster-
"Demagogue: a political leader who tries to get support by making false claims and promises and using arguments based on emotion rather than reason

: a leader who makes use of popular prejudices and false claims and promises in order to gain power"

Still waiting for the evidence of your accusation, Jim.

On the other hand, who was it promised "If you like your healthcare plan, you can keep it. Period"?

Who was it said, as candidate in 2008, "I believe that marriage is the union between a man and a woman. Now, for me as a Christian, it is also a sacred union. God's in the mix."

Who was it said, when the sequester arrived, "The Capitol Hill janitors just got a pay cut," even though it never happened?

Who was it said, "America has a debt problem and a failure of leadership. Americans deserve better. I, therefore, intend to oppose the effort to increase America's debt limit"?

Will the real demagogue stand up please.

Jim Lincoln said.....

"I don't work for any govt."

Is that your final answer?

i.e. the more liberal a person tends to be the more likely they are to be receiving more tax $$ then paying in and the more conservative a person tends to be the more likely they are to be paying more tax $$ in then receiving.
