Christian Convert Dragged From Home and Publicly Executed in Somalia
Suspected al-Shabab militants have murdered a woman professing the Christian faith earlier this month after breaking and entering into her home in Mogadishu.

Sufia was at home with her parents when a group of armed men burst into her home. Leaving her parents untouched, the men grabbed Sufia, forcefully dragged her from the home at gunpoint, and then publicly shot her, firing into the on-looking crowd as friends and neighbors attempted to save her.

Immediately following the execution, Sufia's killers fled the scene. Despite ongoing efforts by police to locate them, Sufia's murderers remain at-large as of this release. The suspected work of al-Shabab, an al-Qaida-linked terrorist network in Somalia, Sufia's death could be the third al-Shabab murder this month. ...

By the way, Steve...what's sad is your blatant hypocrisy as you continue to judge and condemn. There have been many simliar storys over the years of which you never commented yourself. You happen to stop by to comment on this one, was the first to do so, and judge everyone who hadn't, even though you, yourself usually don't even chime in? How do you know people were not already praying for the family, the murderers, etc? Oh, that's right, you're sitting at Christ's right hand, polishing your halo as He whispers the scoop to you about everyone here.
Good Morning to you as well Christopher

Such intolerance from the religion of "peace" More than likely this story can be retold many times but is not reported as we see here. We have no guarantee that such persecution will not occur in our neck of the woods. The Lord said that people would think they are doing the Lord's work by persecuting true believers. We should be daily praying for our persecuted brethren because even if we don't know who they are God does.

"Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you." ~ Matthew 5:10-12 KJV

Praise God for this dear woman who did not shrink back from faith in our Lord and Messiah!

Christopher, I feel the same way, and it is their image I think of when the rich pastors of the mega churches preach the pretrib rapture and ensure their congregation they will not see tribulation.
Several years back I was traveling and took in a service at a dispensational church that made similar promises. i asked the Pastor about the sufferings of martyrs like this one around the world, his reply was 'they werent really christian.'

Matthew 16:25 For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it.

Argh...I.just typed a long post and the app crashed so I lost it. Hate when that happens!

Anyway, I'll just summarize and say that I can't Imagine what that poor family is experiencing after seeing their daughter dragged from their home and murdered simply for being a Christian. Well, thankfully she was a Christian.

{crickets}

Actual antichrists attack Christians, and zero posts condemning the act. Catholics honour some past Bishops, and the jealous rage of the lost flood this board with liable.

Sad
