Reid Declares Bundy Ranch Stalemate Is “Not Over”

After what many considered a victory over increasingly tyrannical federal authorities, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid announced Monday that the embattled Bundy family can expect to face even more government backlash.

Though the ties are speculative, some have attempted to connect Reid and his son to the ongoing battle, suggesting he has a vested interest in Clark County property due to a stake in a proposed solar farm. Due to this controversy, however tenuous, some did not expect such a direct comment from the senator.

“We can’t have an American people that violate the law and then just walk away from it,” he said, reiterating the fact that “it’s not over.” ...

Apparently Harry is right Clive Bundy graduates go on to other things http://www.tri-cityherald.com/2014/06/09/3011389/former-kennewick-high-student.html?sp=/99/177/&ihp=1, like killing Vegas police?

Well, Mike, how about, another example--oh as an aside--you notice that Harry has backed off his fellow Mormon, has Glen Beck that brought this issue up, taken note of how the Mormon squatter has gotten away wirh it? Anyway, something that started in the Bush Adm. and has just now ended, I suppose you'll approve of this? "Government land"? Yes, we have seen how property belonging to "all Americans" is handled by politicians wanting their way when they shut down unmanned monuments due to "lack of funding," and other lies. Remember? Carry on, Jim. You can always be depended on to come to the rescue of our employees, no matter what they do. You really have to get your history straight, or you will continue down the left (wrong) path. You see, Bundy is the government. The blm works for him, and for you and me. See how easy it is to understand what is going on when you really want to? Unless you just have a thing for imaginary endangered-by-cows turtles.

Jim, they could just put contraceptives in the water, that will neuter the horses and humans. double win for eugenics.

no, Penny, the wild horse population is exploding. Apparently there are too many Catholics and the government. they refuse to contraceptives that ministered to the horses. So they are being overly fruitful and multiplying.

Mike, good point. I remember there was this nation once that had a constitution that began something like "We the people. . . "
We still do, but people have to wake from their stupor, put down their latest e-gadget Soma, and look around. Like what happened out west.

Jim, I looked up your source Kim McKenzie. You are using another person's post as authority?

Here is the article:

http://beefmagazine.com/blog/blm-vs-nevada-rancher-bundy-what-real-story

Bundy's family was on the land and using the land even before the BLM was created.

I have to wonder how "range fees" Bundy allegedly owes could add up to a million dollars in 20 years. New York has some awful fees that have slipped in to supplement the awful taxes, but 50k a year in fees seems over the top. If I were Bundy, since his family has ranched there for 140 years, long before there was a BLM, I might be tempted to get the BLM arrested for trespassing and rustling cattle.

Jim, don't you worry, the bison are gone, now BLM is working on the wild horses and the last of the cattle, and the land will be barren and run by the Chinese, the useless germ carriers will be pinned on top of one another in the cities doing their "service" jobs as they have been allotted. all the bundy types will learn to go metro to survive. thing is, why would a woman getting her cattle on public land have her life in mortal danger from land managers? I'm having trouble recognizing this, where have I seen land managers before lined up as snipers? nope, haven't seen that either.

The real story? Mr. Bundy was informed in '93 that cattle numbers had to be reduced to 150 head. He did not renew his grazing permit SO his grazing permit was revoked in '94 for NON payment of renewal fees. Then court case begins and Bundy loses but ignores the court and continues to run cattle on area plus increases the cattle numbers AND the area where they graze (if not correct then all the media and court records are wrong and we are ALL in the dark) I believe in Public Domain lands without it we would have no wonderful parks and wildlife areas... because the richest would have taken them away years ago.....so with the information provided here I am on the side of the UNITED STATES. We CANNOT survive in this world today if our country fractures like some people seem to want.

But the American people should continue to allow these governments to operate with impunity, doing what they want, when they want, to whoever they want to while we sit back like sheeps when we pay their salaries. They beg their ways into office, get there, and begin acting as if we are their lowly, insignificant, meaningless puppets. They forget that we hired them...they work for us. Well, those days are over and people, at least in this case, need to say, no more, take up arms and take their rights back. Enough is enough because these people have become drunk with power. The constitution included the right to bear arms for this specific reason...to tip the tables should power go awry and to back down these predators who have licenses to steal, kill, and destroy carte blanche.

"We can’t have an American people that violate the law and then just walk away from it,”

Since the Bundys have prior usage rights, the government is the one violating the law, not to mention violating the first amendment by relagating protesters to "first amendment zones".
