In a Majority of Nations Most People Link Morality to Faith in God, New Study Finds
In 22 of the 40 countries surveyed by the Pew Research Center, clear majorities say it is necessary to believe in God to be a moral person and have good values. While this view is more common in poorer countries than in wealthier ones, the United States is an exception.

All would agree that morality is nothing but filthy rags when it comes to salvation. Would you not agree that Christianity promotes moralism in a society? Think of all the pagan lands that became civilized due to the influence of the gospel.

There is much more to true religion, and Christianity being that one true religion, than just morality. Or to put it another way, works salvation.
