Vatican confirms papal visit to South Korea
In a statement released earlier this morning, Vatican spokesman Fr. Federico Lombardi confirmed Pope Francis’ apostolic trip to the Republic of Korea, which is slated to occur in August of this year, reports Catholic News Agency.

“Welcoming the invitation from the President of the Republic and the Korean bishops,” Fr. Lombardi announced in his March 10 statement, “His Holiness Pope Francis will make an Apostolic Voyage to the Republic of Korea from 14 to 18 August 2014, on the occasion of the Sixth Asian Youth Day, to be held in the diocese of Daejeon.”

Although no further details were released, Pope Francis has both received invitations from and spoken of his desire to visit various countries in the Asia-Pacific region, including Sri Lanka. ...

The article that I put up in the first message had many interesting links, but perhaps the last one was the most interesting, Pope Francis on abuse -- a disappointment [on handling Sex Abuse] . This is from the National Catholic Reporter. It is written by a canon lawyer, a priest in other words. He was the very first, that issued a report about sex abuse to the Romish Bishops in this country about sex abuse, in 1986. The article is worth reading. It will hypocritical of this Pope, q.v., Jesus Christ, Our One & Only High Priest and
Requirements of Every High Priest
if he goes to talk to Southeast Asian youth, without first addressing this issue. So far as Mr. Doyle is concerned:
Thomas Doyle wrote:
Pope Benedict may have, as the pope said, been “courageous” in confronting the scandals but what he did should not have been an act of courage but a normal, expected response to a nightmare that has been sinking the church’s credibility and effectiveness and ruining innocent members.
etc.

As the emmisary of Satan, he can only have a bad effect, 12 months a pope: Francis's report card after a year at the top. He has already flunked because Christ isn't his Master.
