U.S. Abortions on the Decline, CDC Says
Abortions are on the decline in the United States, though numbers remain shockingly high in New York City, according to a CDC report released over Thanksgiving.

The study used voluntary data from 44 states, New York City, and the District of Columbia. The states not included in the study didn't provide data for each of the ten years.

From 2001 to 2010, the number of reported legal abortions in the United States fell by 9 percent. The number of teenagers getting abortions dropped most significantly, probably due in part to the overall drop in teenage pregnancies. For that 10-year period, the abortion rate among teenagers fell about 30 percent. ...

Yes, Mike, you would get rid of Social Security too. Universal healthcare is just something you should expect for living in this counttry. If you want people to have Christian morality then you sprrad the Gospel, not act like a "Christian" Muslim

Apparently some pregnancy chrisis centers are getting tax payer dollars want to stop that? This is apparently one of three outfits that run these centers, BirthrightInternational--Philosophy.

Of course remember,
God's word gives them a choice also. Don't get pregnant unless you are married and don't murder your unborn children even if it means you have to file bankruptcy. Jim, you should do a little research on "relativism" and how that concept is in opposition to "moral" living according to God's word. You remind me a little of Obama who said he didn't know when life begins. It was above his pay grade. I think the Clintons say the same thing.

Here is a simple question for you. When the Holy Spirit impregnated Mary, when did Jesus' life begin?

Yes, abortion by pill is what I mean, Use of Morning-After Pill on the Rise: CDC. I would suppose there are other practices that don't fall under Christian auspices either.

Hey Chris, my guess is that since Obamacare didn't restrict promiscuity, then the abortion rate hasn't dropped. You are correct, using the pill means it won't show up as a statistic. But life begins at conception, so in God's eyes, they are still murdering the unborn.

Jim is probably right Chris. However, I wouldn't be too upset if we stopped killing and mutilating babies. The bill is still killing but at minimum it's less cruel and diabolical.
