Court strikes down mandate for birth control in ObamaCare
A federal appeals court on Friday struck down the birth control mandate in ObamaCare, concluding the requirement trammels religious freedom.
The D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals â the second most influential bench in the land behind the Supreme Court â ruled 2-1 in favor of business owners who are fighting the requirement that they provide their employees with health insurance that covers birth control.
Requiring companies to cover their employeesâ contraception, the court ruled, is unduly burdensome for business owners who oppose birth control on religious grounds, even if they are not purchasing the contraception directly....
Anyone who supports these satanic socialist schemes must be... (at the risk of being labeled a romanist I will quote John Yurich from a previous post of his about the Impostor from Kenya)..."mentally deranged and in league with the devil."
You know what is an oxymoron Jim, that the NYT is considered a news organization. They site countries Where the cost is borne by others, not that it is less costly. Just like the guy from my company who came down to explain our health coverage due to Obamacare and said all these services are free, I asked are we not paying a monthly premium, and when he said yes,I advised then they are not free. Just because somebody else is FORCED to help pay the expense doesn't mean better coverage, it just means you WAIT LONGER to have medical services done.(besides the money they "save" for cheaper medical care they SPEND in higher gas, food, taxes, etc. IT AIN'T FREE) Up to 52 million people are LOSING their health coverage and you think Obamacare is a good idea? People who want it can't even sign up for it. (more political cronyism, Michelle's good friend got the no bid contract to set up and run the website) You must think Obamacare will be good because Medicare and Veteran care are such a shining examples of how things should be run. The new democratic plan, aka Obamacare, is don't get sick (you will have to wait for inferior medical assistance) and if you do get sick, die. (we won't have the money to spend or the doctors available for your healthcare)

I'm no fan of the RCC, but this is a honeywagon load of fertilizer. How do you get so confuddled, Jim? But I grant your imagination is quite large.
I don't have a problem with good doctors making lots of money. They deserve it. But if a government "health" bureaucracy makes lots of money, they are still incompetent, and out of their field of expertise, that one field being making gifts of other peoples money.
No one forces a woman to have an abortion, true. Ocare wants others to pay for it.

Got to hand it to you for persistent Jim. You are still citing an article put out by the AARP who stand to make billions under the provisions of Obamacare. Wonder why they found someone to back their findings with his "research." I offer you from the Cato Institute the video from a person who lived under the Canadian healthcare system and whose mother tragically died due to being under it. I could give you countless articles that prove your precious AARP article to be nothing more than manipulation and distortion of the truth about the oppressive health care system under which Canadians suffer. We will settle for just this short video as it is succinct and to the point

Ah, all the nonsense spouted by conservative (read radical right) radio commentators about Canadian healthcare, to U.S.
Supporters of Obamacare are of two types, the low info types, and the farther left types to which you refer. The low infos are of the "what can I get for nothing" folks. You know the ones, those who avoid even getting enough info to make wise decisions, because it is too much work. They will be sorely disappointed. The farther left types are after power. Obamacare was never about healthcare, Jim. It's about the insatiable greed of politicians for money and control. I'm surprised that you are taken in by such demagoguery. Perhaps your disdain for Repubs blinds, but why should the rest of us suffer because some people have difficulty seeing the forest?
If "The Hill" published that article, they must have thought it had some validity. I'm afraid that it seems to lean towards conservatism

I am pleased this court made a good moral decision, I notice the Klan was there, oh those were nuns wearing white sheets! The Romish Church will have a harder time arguing against the Affordable Care Act, if the abortion provision is taken out, which Christians and Catholics (q.v. Should Roman Catholicism really be classified as a Christian religion? -- No. ) for repugnant. They will have a harder time to covering up the fact they want to keep poor Catholics subservient to them through the Romish charities.
It will be interesting to see if the Supreme Court displays the same good sense.
