Lawsuit: State bending rules for Planned Parenthood
A lawsuit has been filed against the New Hampshire state Board of Pharmacy for allowing, allegedly in violation of state law, staff members for abortion industry giant Planned Parenthood to hand out the killing chemicals of the RU486 abortion procedure.
â€śThe government should enforce all laws and regulations in a fair and equitable manner. It cannot show favoritism to Planned Parenthood, the largest abortion seller in the state and nation,â€ť said lead counsel Michael J. Tierney, a Manchester attorney with the firm of Wadleigh, Starr & Peters, PLLC, and one of nearly 2,300 attorneys allied with Alliance Defending Freedom.
