The budget measure that ended the partial government shutdown allows for a 1 percent raise for federal employees in January in addition to providing back pay for those furloughed, according to two Democratic Maryland senators.
A presidential order would be needed in December to finalize the raise, which would take effect with the first full pay period of January, sometime early in the month depending on agency pay cycles.

Yes, that would be standard liberalthink. After all, why stop at 100% spending when you can go to 150?
Obamacare is corruption out of control, and its supporters are defined thereby.

All good reasons to dislike Obamacare were listed. Cost will soar (they already have)people are already having their hours reduced-- so income for middle class and poor going down in addition to paying higher cost. And just like Social Security and Medicare are going bankrupt (faster than previously projected it is called unfunded liabilities), wrought with fraud and are leading the country to economic ruin, Obamacare will hasten the day. Such policy has a failed in EVERY place it is implemented. Hopefully Americans will send its supporters home from Washington as they are doing nothing but bringing our country down financially and ruining our healthcare system.

Again, all this is why Republicans are in such a desperate rush to try and defund ObamaCare before October 1 — even if it means holding our economy hostage and even if most voters, including Republicans, oppose the repeated and wasteful defunding attempts.
Kick out any politician that doesn't support Obamacare 150%!
