Scalia's Expression of Faith Elicits Mockery From Mainstream Media
At this point in the interview, the reporter decides to expose Scalia’s inanity by talking religion.

“Do you believe in heaven and hell?” Senior asks.

“Oh, of course I do. Don’t you believe in heaven and hell?” he asks in return.

“No,” she responds tersely. ...

And saying, Repent ye: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand. Matt 3:2

From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand. Matt 4:17

And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all manners of sickness and all manners of disease among the people.
Matt 4:23

Blessed are the poor in spirit for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Matt 5:3

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom and the power, and the glory forever. Amen Matt 6:13

But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. Mat 6:33

Romans 10:9 gives the only requirement for salvation. Nothing else is required for salvation. You deny Romans 10:9 when you keep stating that a Catholic who is Born again has to leave the Catholic Church or they are not saved.
Only if the Bible just has ONE verse about salvation. Note what the apostle Paul said, seeing he,through inspiration of the Holy Spirit, is the author of Romans,
Acts 26:17-20 (NKJV)

I will deliver you from the Jewish people, as well as from the Gentiles, TO WHOM I NOW SEND YOU, to open their eyes, in order to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, THAT THEY MIGHT RECEIVE FORGIVENESS OF SINS AND AN INHERITANCE AMONG THOSE WHO ARE SANCTIFIED BY FAITH IN ME’ “Therefore, King Agrippa, I was not disobedient to the heavenly vision, but declared first to those in Damascus and in Jerusalem, and throughout all the region of Judea, and then to the Gentiles, THAT THEY SHOULD REPENT, TURN TO GOD, AND DO WORKS BEFITTING REPENTANCE
"

That is the gospel Paul said he declared every place he went. Now ask yourself, how does that line up with what you have been saying?

And as long as we are talking about Romans, how does what your stated belief line up with Romans 6?

Ah, John Y.,

Matthew 21
28 "But what do you think? A man had two sons, and he came to the first and said, 'Son, go work today in the vineyard.'
29 "And he answered and said, 'I will, sir'; and he did not go.
30 "And he came to the second and said the same thing. But he answered and said, 'I will not'; yet he afterward regretted it and went.
31 "Which of the two did the will of his father?" They said^, "The latter." Jesus said^ to them, "Truly I say to you that the tax-gatherers and harlots will get into the kingdom of God before you.---NASB

Repentance:

But the true gospel repentance, or "repentance unto life," is sorrow for sin, grief for having committed it, and a turning away from it with abhorrence, accompanied with sincere endeavors, in reliance on God’s grace and the influences of the Holy Spirit, to live in humble and holy obedience to the commands and will of God. This is that repentance which always accompanies true faith, and to which is promised the free forgiveness of sin through the merits of Jesus Christ, Mt 4:17 Ac 3:19 11:18 20:12.
John Y., your run towards sin not away from it!!!

The problem John Y., you haven't come out the Church that supports and proclaims evil. You, haven't repented.
Of course repentance is supposed to go along with profession of faith in Jesus. Every Baptist minister I have heard preach about salvation has told individuals before they came up for the Altar Call that they have to repent and then make a profession of faith in Jesus as their Savior. And I repented before I embraced Jesus as my Savior. Just because I am still in the Catholic Church does not mean I have not repented. I repented of the unscriptural Catholic doctrines and participation in the unscriptural parts to the Mass. I only adhere to the scriptural Catholic doctrines and I only participate in the scriptural parts to the Mass. Romans 10:9 gives the only requirement for salvation.

No, John Y., you forget the important element of repentance.

Luke 13
2 And He answered and said to them, "Do you suppose that these Galileans were greater sinners than all other Galileans, because they suffered this fate?
3 "I tell you, no, but unless you repent, you will all likewise perish.
4 "Or do you suppose that those eighteen on whom the tower in Siloam fell and killed them, were worse culprits than all the men who live in Jerusalem?
5 "I tell you, no, but unless you repent, you will all likewise perish."---NASB

Romans 10:9 gives the only requirement there is for salvation. But you are correct that when one becomes Born Again they have to cease praying to the Virgin Mary and the Saints and only pray to the Father and Jesus.

Strange how it is they fight so hard against something they claim doesn't even exist. I would just say, "those foolish Chriatians", snicker, and go about my business, unless, that is, I secretly really did believe, but hated what I knew to be true.

John Y, you forget that your participation and that of Mr. Scalia's is a crime against Christianity and due to the nature of the Romish Church worse than that, http://www.mexicosdrugwar.com/2009/07/the-use-of-religion-in-the-world-of-organized-crime.html.

New York Magazine Interviews Pious Catholic Who Turns Out to be Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia may just be the most interesting Christian figures in the federal government today

Written by Bart Gingerich | Saturday, October 12, 2013

So what exactly is on the Supreme Court justice’s mind? After talking some constitutional law, coarsened public manners, and, increased political partisanship of society, attention shifted to the justice’s Roman Catholic convictions. Scalia’s commitment to faith is well known; one of his sons is a priest in the Diocese of Arlington. In his interview, the justice was quite forthright in his beliefs and even seemed to evangelize his interlocutor
