Football Star’s Bold Magazine Admission: I’m a Christian Who Abstains From Sex and Alcohol

New York Giants cornerback Prince Amukamara isn’t your average NFL player. Not only doe she say some have dubbed him “the black Tim Tebow,” he’s also an unashamed Christian who prides himself on avoiding alcohol, being chaste and living a life devoid of the antics and pleasantries that are regularly enjoyed by other professional jocks.

Amukamara made all that clear in a recent interview with Muscle & Fitness Magazine.

How clear? Consider how candid Amukamara was when asked by the outlet if he’s a virgin. Yes, he said, and “I’m not ashamed to say that.” ...

I was just thinking this AM though that I may have made you uncomfortable and put you on the spot. I'll look into a couple of ways you can easily upload, just so you have the info in case it's something you decide to do.

Quote from article;
"he’s also an unashamed Christian who prides himself on avoiding alcohol, being chaste and living a life devoid of the antics and pleasantries that are regularly enjoyed by other professional jocks."

I guess then the definition of a "shamed Christian" is an alcoholic who has adulterous sex and enjoys the 'antics' and 'pleasantries'(?) of the footballer??

Or is that a reprobate?

Good day, sir!

Okay, you should be hypnotized.

Thanks John and Dorcas.

John, will do. I have a couple of ideas, but will look for the more simple of the ones I'm thinking of. One that will just take a few clicks to put something up. Do you have an account with Google for anything like email, Google+, etc?

Hey John...thanks. Unfortunately, no...things are still the same. You would never know by my posts, but I am down, down, down, most of the time. I have moments when I feel ok, but not for the most part. Still pray and all that, but I've been praying for the same exact thing for a long time with no results whatsoever. At this point, I feel like it's something I'll just have to live with but I can't even begin to imagine that.
Oh well, we all have our problems.
Ok, thanks for asking...
Anyway, glad to see you around again. I guess you finished your masterpieces? You should upload some to pinterest, Picasa, or similar so we can take a look.
I am very sorry to hear that Christopher, but the Lord knows all about it, we don't know what is around the corner.

Currently I'm extremely busy knocking up local scenes for tourists. They're quite nice, but if I sold them any cheaper they'd be called loss leaders!

No masterpieces for me, I started too late in life, but if you could let me know how to upload one or two onto a free display site, I could do that, bro. Thanks.

It is false to state that there are biblical Catholic doctrines when the facts state otherwise. The doctrine of the Deity of Jesus is biblical, the doctrine that the Bible is the infallible and inerrant Word of God is biblical, the doctrine of the Holy Trinity is biblical, the Apostles Creed in the Mass is biblical, the readings from the Bible in Mass is biblical, the prayers to Jesus in Mass is biblical and the words of Jesus from the Last Supper is biblical. So to state that there are no biblical parts to the Mass and no biblical Catholic doctrines is totally false. Luther was not insane enough to state that there is nothing scriptural about the Mass because he retained the Mass in the Lutheran Church minus the references to the Pope and the intercession of the Virgin Mary and the Saints. My Baptist friend and my Born Again Non Denominational brother both believe that there are scriptural Catholic doctrines and scriptural parts to the Mass because they are not insane.

Luke 17:10, I liked your comment and couldn’t agree more. Your pig with lipstick analogy made me think of how Satan masquerades himself to the unsuspecting. Yes, the pig is still a pig and Satan is still Satan.

[14] And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. [15] Therefore [it is] no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works. (2Cr 11:14-15 KJV)

[1] But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction. (2Pe 2:1 KJV)

[15] Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. (Mat 7:15 KJV)

For me, it's about the big picture; the Mass itself and what the Mass is about...the reason everyone is gathered together.
So what is the Mass itself? Well, first of all it is an indulgence that lessens the Roman Catholics stay in Purgatory with each attendence. Missing Mass, when one is able to attend is a mortal sin...talk about fear mongering.
Thank you Christopher, I didn't know that.

I hope you are somewhat improved in health and feeling brighter. Good posts, keep it up! The remnant have to be on their guard at all times, realising that the RCC have not given up the war, but still consider themselves the custodians of the "church". The endtimes will show the futility of their error - their downfall will be great and irreparable. The Lord will have his vengeance on all bloodthirsty professing "churches".

Pax, man!

John Y, your constant repetition of your beliefs doesn't change the facts. By your actions your faith is based upon going to the Catholic Church and taking mass. The undeniable proof of this is your refusal to stop both. We are not saying a thing about going to another church so your statements about other churches are meaningless, God alone can open your understanding, may He be pleased to do do for His glory by His mercy and grace.
It really is illogical for you to keep stating that just because I attend the Catholic Church I believe that salvation comes through attending the Catholic Church even if I have stated in no uncertain terms that I believe salvation comes only through embracing Jesus as ones Savior.

...which it is and this is why I could never continue, knowing what I know now. Christ is not there. He is not in any church filled with idols, false and fatal doctrines, pagan rituals, a defied Queen of Heaven who He is subservient to, and a blinged out old man who claims to be Christ on Earth, a Supreme spiritual being who speaks without error from his chair because God speaks directly through him; he cannot err, his dogmas can never be recinded, whose words are eternal; forevermore.

The verses in Acts 20:26,27 come to mind when I reflect on all the times John Y. has been shown from scripture over and over again and he continually parrots the same old singsong.
He has been warned ...may he take heed!
