Pro-Lifers Take on Massachusetts Abortion Law Prohibiting Free Speech
Americans United for Life filed an amicus curiae brief on behalf of 40 Days for Life, the community-based pro-life campaign, in a legal challenge to a 2007 Massachusetts law creating a ‚Äúno-pro-life speech zone‚ÄĚ and criminalizing pro-life speech on public sidewalks within 35 feet of an abortion clinic.
The case, McCullen v. All of those Massachusetts State Legislators who passed that 2007 Massachusetts outlawing free speech in front of abortion clinics should be impeached for violating the First Amendment to the Constitution and for violating the Massachusetts Constitution. Why do liberals think they have the right to violate the Constitution?
