Pope vows to clean up or close Vatican Bank
Pope Francis has announced he will intensify his fight against corruption at the Vatican by strengthening supervision of the Vatican Bank through a special commission of inquiry to investigate and oversee the Institute for the Works of Religion, or IOR, the formal name of the Vatican Bank.

Using a ‚ÄúMotu Proprio,‚ÄĚ a decree issued at his own initiative, Francis announced Aug. 8 he was authorizing the Vatican‚Äôs Financial Information Authority to have increased supervisory powers over the Vatican Bank and other Vatican departments involved in financial activities.

The move followed a decision announced Aug. 2 by HSBC bank in London to close the Vatican Bank’s account along with the accounts of dozens of diplomatic accounts. ...

I don't see it happening. The Vatican bank will not just buckle over.

Yes, Bersnow is correct, I would also add:
"As soon as a coin in the coffer rings / the soul from purgatory springs"--Tetzel.

The Romish fascination with money garnered in many cases from Indulgences and Penance payments show that Romish Church is more interested in wealth than Christ.

Luke 16
13 "No servant can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one, and love the other, or else he will hold to one, and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon."
14 Now the Pharisees, who were lovers of money, were listening to all these things, and they were scoffing at Him---NASB

If you live near a Catholic bishop, go see the palatial palaces they reside in. The Romish Church will never clear up their problem with greed, because it should be obvious -- this is the church of the anti-Christ.

I found the video about Pope Francis being prophesed as the last Pope in this article fascinating. I find very interesting how it is coming to light all the corruption and illegal things going on in governments and even the United States. I lked what it said about people all over the world are watching all these events wars, corruption in high places and having a sense of something happening in our world today. Everyday I feel like I'm reading something out of the book of Isaiah before the Jews were taken into bondage by the Babylonians. It is no accident that Edward Snowden was where he was and then revealed things at risk of his own life.God is still in control and working behind the scene so to speak..
