Safety or Statism: The Goal of the Surveillance State

If you have nothing to hide, why should you worry about the government’s goal of “collecting it all?”

Although nearly every law, regulation, or order issued by the federal government is almost indecipherable because of the amount of vague language, when it says it is collecting all information, it really means all information.

Beyond the Minority Report angle to this story, there are the possible violations on the prohibition of the enactment of ex post facto law. Article I Section 9 is the source of this constitutional restriction on congressional power. The Constitution mandates that no “ex post facto Law shall be passed.”

Turned on its head, the government now insists that that section does not mean that if monitored behavior is legal when the record of it is made, then the person committing the act may not thereafter be subject to prosecution if the act is subsequently outlawed. ...

Statism is the worlds problem. It stems from the Catholic Church and carried out by the Jesuits. They are actually whats behind the joke word "illuminati". History proves this over and over from Constantinople to Rome to present day. Statists are religious to the core and have been completely indoctrinated by the Jesuits of Rome. They have literally no ability to critically think or question whats happening. They merely wrap themselves up in a corporations flag and yell racism until they get what they want. Malignant narcissistic sociopaths control the world, but are you really surprised in a sin fallen world with the greatest deceiver as their leader?

surveillance has met its goal and more!

bound in fear?

people around the world have dealt with statism and recognize it.

America's final flaw was that the powers was "for them", "for their good", "for their safety".

statism develops to protect itself.

"too big to fail" - its institutional powers at the expense of the indvl.... hence we fall into collectivism and race baiting, which even some among us here, are more than glad to interject.

"we're the best", "we have the best health care", "we have the best eduction" -- when one travels, it is easy to see societies that look much, much healthier, have better reasoning skills and thought, and are more aware of what is happening around them.

we've allowed ourselves to be honed in... we've put an iron grid on ourselves, even with the internet, we tell young people not to investigate.. we have loved the lies we heard on the Wahhabi conservative news network...

our politicians have supported these things and our leaders have told us to follow.... we are becoming become the state church.

May God purify us. we thought we could ride the storm, but with the destruction of marriage, pastors will likely be forced to decide which way they go... Babylon or Christ's Kingdom?

Praying for the church of Christ.

The government isn't after terrorists or any one who poses a real threat to our freedoms and safety, the government makes it clear as day that they are after American citizens who love God , have decency and morals, who believe in the bible and the constitution and do not agree with the " presidents" agenda to destroy America .when is everybody finally gonna get it? It does not matter your religious or political affiliation , the government is after you. And everyone seems fine with it. And it's going to get worse.

"Although nearly every law, regulation, or order issued by the federal government is almost indecipherable because of the amount of vague language"

I'm not a lawyer but I believe this would meet the definition of "void for vagueness".
