The audit plan passed the committee unanimously, and now the California state auditor, who has subpoena powers, will investigate CPS....
Abolished not revamped, along with the entire State religion. The sword needs to be taken against the CPS evildoers, in accordance with popular pet doctrine. Be on the lookout for Chevy Impala's with "official" plates, usually driven by women.

Complex cases exist, like adoptive parents and nontraditional custody situations. But I believe the legal burden for confiscation of a child from a parent should be tougher than for capital punishment.
