Boy Scout leaders remove ban on 'gays'
In a historic vote today that threatens to splinter the iconic organization, the National Council of the Boy Scouts of America revised its century-old policy to allow “open and avowed” homosexuals to join its programs.

The new policy maintains the exclusion of adult leaders who are openly homosexual, however.

The BSA said the resolution was approved by 61 percent of the approximately 1,400 Boy Scout leaders from across the nation who voted at the organization’s annual conference in Grapevine, Texas. ...

Your opinion of Ford is beside the point. Why should I believe his endorsement of Scouting? Perhaps he deceived himself.

Neither Moderator Alpha or Moderator Gamma has explained one word concerning the deletion of my post.

Perhaps now you will recognise the full extent of your sinful conduct, false accusations and abuse. But then again, probably not.

You sick self righteous blind hypocritical pharisee. The moderator has already explained that your post was unacceptable. If you find the rules of this board unacceptable, go post elsewhere. You'd be doing us all a favor.

Thanks. However, I believe if you read the thread that anger, and ungodly anger at that, has been displayed by others. My polite request to the the Moderator still stands.

Not at all. It seems you are receiving the evil reports of others. Be careful, there are many on here who speak much but do not know Christ.

Well in that case, since the word "graphic" was not in the post that I asked for reinstatement your comment is up to your usual standards of irrelevancy.
There is nothing offensive concerning the use of the words "no graphic filth" or even "the very graphic filth" as used by others in this thread.

The adjective was suitable.

What's your next project? Writing porn, so that you can expose that industry, of course with suitable blanks when a bodily organ needs a mention?!

You're sick in the head and deluded!

One of the proudest moments of my life came in the court of honor when I was awarded the Eagle Scout badge. I still have that badge. It is a treasured possession. I am the first Eagle Scout vice president. The three great principles which Scouting provides—self-discipline, teamwork, and moral and patriotic values—are the basic building blocks of leadership. I applaud the Scouting program for continuing to emphasize them. I am confident that your ability to bring ideals, values, and leadership training to millions of our young people will help to bring about a new era—a time in which not only our republic will progress in peace and freedom, but a time in which the entire world shall be secure, and all its people free
