French president signs gay marriage into law

PARIS (AP) — France will see its first gay weddings within days, after French President Francois Hollande signed a law Saturday authorizing marriage and adoption by same-sex couples and ending months of nationwide protests and wrenching debate.

Hollande's office said he signed the bill Saturday morning, a day after the Constitutional Council struck down a challenge to the law and ruled it in line with France's constitution.

Hollande, a Socialist, had made legalizing gay marriage one of his campaign pledges last year. While polls for years have shown majority support for gay marriage in France, adoption by same-sex couples is more controversial.

The parliamentary debate exposed a deep conservatism and attachment to traditional families in France's rural core that is often eclipsed by and at odds with libertine Paris. ...

I wonder if the Westburo Church can get visas and protest over in France? Venner suicide at Notre-Dame 'political' - Le Pen.

At least some of the comments of Mr. Venner were correct, but the action he took to highlight them wasn't. In some ways he was acting like the Muslims he complained about, though of course with big difference, he didn't physically injure anyone else.

It appears that a well-known Frenchman took his protest of queer marriages to an extreme that will not have an effect, but as far as I know committed a mortal sin in the eyes of the Romish church.

This man will not be able to make any more protests, Man kills himself inside Notre-Dame cathedral in Paris.

I`am thinking that this sodomite plague has been planned by devious & deceitful politicians because its inconceivable that the whole world is infected at the same time just by coincidence.

PP's business plan for women:

Sex before marriage and a job after. In other words, sex with absolutely no consequences be it heterosexual or homosexual.

"French president signs gay marriage into law"

Now lets put this into a more factual sentence...

French president signs abomination marriage into law

Thats more like it.

France is defiled according to God ...

Lev 18:24 "Defile not ye yourselves in any of these things: for in all these the nations are defiled which I cast out before you: 25 And the land is defiled: therefore I do visit the iniquity thereof upon it, and the land itself vomiteth out her inhabitants"

The previous Sodom and Gomorah nation was destroyed by God ...
Genesis 19:24 "Then the LORD rained upon Sodom and upon Gomorrah brimstone and fire from the LORD out of heaven; 25 And he overthrew those cities, and all the plain, and all the inhabitants of the cities, and that which grew upon the ground."

Look upon your sentence France. God is consistent in His Justice.

An earlier article featured Frances opposition to gay marrieges.
France is prodominantly RC. Their "opposition" to gay marrige is driven by religiosity and emotinalism, not of spiritual regeneration in the true sense of the word. Some are, but for the most part, these are RC's that coalesce around issues out of "religious" fervour. At some point, true believers will be in their crosshairs and it will be dangerous times for them.

Yuk, is all I can say.

And our own House of Commons is voting this week apparently, on the selfsame thing.

Those brave brothers with their sandwich boards need to get them out again, and play their stereotyped part with the words, "THE END IS NIGH" written fore and aft. For surely the coming of the Lord draweth nigh?
