ESPN Attacks Commentator's Christian Worldview on Homosexuality

While the left lectures Americans about the historic breakthrough made by NBA free agent Jason Collins in announcing his sexuality and calls for well-deserved tolerance, they are on full-out attack against ESPN commentator Chris Broussard for expressing his Christian views. And now ESPN has been forced to apologize.

Broussard’s opinion was verboten according to the left. Granderson’s was not. The right was happy to air both opinions. Yet the left thinks that Broussard was way out of bounds. That’s because the goal of the left in overplaying the Jason Collins coming out party – a presidential call? Really? – is to portray those who disagree on homosexuality as bigots and homophobes who want to deny people like Collins happiness. Broussard never even remotely suggested that Collins should not have come out. He repeatedly stated that the time was ripe for Collins to come out. Virtually everyone on ...

Hi Dorcas...thank you. I've had a rough week and just layed low. I haven't been on until today because I've just been down. I believe in the power of prayer, of course, but to be honest, I believe that my marraige is the main cause of the depression. I didn't let this out earlier because I guess I thought that mass prayer might fix what I, myself, really need to fix. Problem is that I have tried everything, and I mean everything. This isn't the entire reason, but I now think that it's the root cause.
Anyway...yawn...everything is okay today. : )

Unprofitable Servant from Georgia writes:
The group that is demanding tolerance is INTOLERANT!!

This is the very first thought that always comes to mind whenever I read or hear the slander coming from the other side. Really ridiculous double standard.
I just can't believe how homosexuality, seemingly all of a sudden, is not only being recognized worldwide, but is also quickly becoming the "in" thing.. the new normal...cool, glamorous, hip.

I dont have time to play today, but stopped by to read the articles. Without going into the technical dynamics of how your PC can be compromised, the above link to the article has a TROJAN. Clicking on that link(its an intermediate server between you and Breitbart) will allow a server to attempt a download of a http command that might allow your computer to download a piece of software or ask you to download a piece of software that will allow an intruder access to your PC.

A quick check shows the malignant server is in the 'servebeer.com' universe(yuk!) with the attacking 'digitone' server in Reston VA.

If you think you were attacked & want the IP address of that computer, let me know, I will post it.

Otherwise be good, I will stop by later in the week

Mr. Broussard, comments were almost overly tolerant of queers, so there was no reason for the left to criticize him, I would think a lot of fans are normal and not queer, so they should make their feelings known to ESPN, that the this treatment of A normal person won't be tolerated.

It appears that Christians, and I haven't been that friendly to some Mr. Tebow's behavior, are going to get roughed up in other ways as well, One Jets player thought Tim Tebow should have been given a chance.

Broussard should not have had to apologize. They slam Christianity and praise someone coming out of the closet and hellbound. I'm glad Broussard shared his belief . We have to tolerate homosexuals coming out so Broussards faith and comment should be respected as well

The group that is demanding tolerance is INTOLERANT!! And really, ESPN, how about apologizing for all the mean spirited stuff you said about Tim Tebow's faith. Broussard was apparently outspoken about his beliefs, did they think he would change his viewpoint just because he was on camera?

But the liberal media should learn not to make statements that they have to apologize for. Why would the liberal media keep making statements that they have to apologize for? Normal individuals learn from their mistakes so they don't repeat the same mistake.

What is with the liberal media? They keep making discriminatory statements about Christians that they have to apologize for. You think the liberal would learn not to make statements that they have to apologize for.
