Jury: Fraud put Obama on '08 ballot
Two Democrats in Indiana have been found guilty of submitting unauthorized names on the petition that placed then-Sen. Barack Obama on the 2008 presidential election primary ballot, meaning he likely did not qualify.

Fox News reports the jury in South Bend found guilty on all counts former longtime A jury in South Bend, Indiana has found that fraud put President Obama and Hillary Clinton on the presidential primary ballot in Indiana in the 2008 election. Two Democratic political operatives were convicted Thursday night in the illegal scheme after only three hours of deliberations. They were found guilty on all counts.

The case raise questions about whether in 2008, then candidate Obama actually submitted enough legitimate signatures to have legally qualified for the primary ballot.

Nees previously told Fox News that the fraud was clearly evident, "because page after page of signatures are all ...

I like how they wait until after the next election, so as to not have to deal with the obvious question of, if the election results are not true..... then.... (5 years too late!)

Really, Jim, you need to catch up on some 12 year old news. After the election major news organizations (definitely not pro Bush) went in and recounted all the ballots. Because the results proved Bush won and Gore lost it did not get a lot of news coverage. However, CNN (not exactly a conservative bastion) did report it. The recount tripled the Bush margin of victory. Here is the link, please don't take my word for it, this is CNN, your type of news outlet. Also, don't forget the democrats challenged the election in Florida, Gore had already conceded the election. The democrats designed the ballot in question. The so called vote fraud happened in a heavily democratic district. I know an independent like yourself would acknowledge these facts.

From here this seems bigger than Watergate, I mean these cases of electoral fraud are tried & absolutely proven.
So if this were a Republican plot would your press not use this as leverage to force someone out of office through a constant media assault but because its the Democrats it will be basically ignored?
Am I reading this right?
Sounds right to me.

Guard your memory along with your knee, Jim. It was the Democrats that tried using the hanging chads to change the election results. They were the challengers of the results in the first place, and the second, third and fourth. Too bad they couldn't have borrowed some dead Democrat voters from Chicago to help them win.
