Texas Fertilizer Plant Explosion Sends 180 to Hospitals, Levels Homes, 5 to 15 Feared Dead
A fire and chemical explosion at a Texas fertilizer plant in a small town north of Waco sent at least 180 people to hospitals, flattened buildings, prompted widespread evacuations and left as many as five to 15 people feared dead.

No, a company that didn't have proper safety standards, but perhaps that's terrorism? It was a bomb waiting to go off, there are probably more than 14 killed. I've heard numbers as high as 60.

Texas plant that exploded still leaking gas. Many times, in the U.S., it's not the case of more regulations, but enforcing the ones that are on the books. 'Red flag': Texas plant had 1,350 times amount of chemical that would trigger oversight!
