What Would Jesus Do? Evangelists Launch Immigration Ad Campaign

Conservative faith leaders in the Palmetto state are now being joined by church leaders in North Carolina, Texas, Colorado and Florida producing and airing a series of ads designed to change the hard-line views of conservative Christians on the issue.

The Evangelical Immigration Table says the commercials will "educate" the faithful on the Bible's point of view on immigrants.

"White evangelicals have been listening to the voice of the extreme," said the Rev. David Fleming, the senior pastor for Champion Forest Baptist Church of Houston. "Give education to our people, they are changing their minds on this issue." ...

This is the real Jesus - not their invented Jesus!

Good post, Jim. Let's just redefine the word "illegal"

But to answer the question "What would Jesus do?", I offer this parallel...

And when the king came in to see the guests, he saw there a man which had not on a wedding garment: And he saith unto him, Friend, how camest thou in hither not having a wedding garment? And he was speechless. Then said the king to the servants, Bind him hand and foot, and take him away, and cast [him] into outer darkness; there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth. For many are called, but few [are] chosen. (Mat. 22:11-14)

This is the real Jesus - not their invented Jesus!

Alright Republicans! Nancy and the RCC bishops have given you your marching orders, it's time for you to fall into line, and carry out the orders of the ...te One True Church Roman Catholic? and have to stop Romanizing America Through Illegal Immigration. You have to make this illegal behavior legal!
