The request comes from the International Dairy Foods Association and the national Milk Producers Federal, which have pending a petition before the Food and Drug Administration to be “amend the standard of identity for milk and 17 other dairy products to provide for the use of any safe and suitable sweetener as an optional ingredient.â€
According to a promotional website for the artificial sweetener aspartame, it already is found in “more than 6,000 products and is consumed by over 200 million people around the world.â€
But an activist doctor, Joseph Mercola, who runs his own health website, contends such a move “could endanger your health for decades to come, and disproportionally harm underprivileged children who rely on school lunches for the bulk of their nutrition.â€...
yep, aspartame.... time to do a search and see what it does to the body. should never be taken into human body.
made from the defecants, as they say, or output of genetically modified ecoli bacteria. yep.
the same company who brought us the genetically modified seed.
in other words, its all the same industry. a perverted seed replacing God's with a patent. man owning nature and forcing mankind to buy the product. (the grains have a gene that makes them not able to reproduce, the gay gene, and organic farms having difficulty keeping these genes out of their natural seed because of crosspollination)
the important question here, is why they are needing to devalue the quality of the milk. besides the health issues, the quality of the milk makes me wonder as well..... can milk then be watered down, such as we often buy "orange drink" for children instead of "orange juice" and even call it "healthy"?
Time to look at the food supply. We are not pigs in a trough, but human beings.
The abortionist I talked with openly claimed that gms would make people sick and on meds all the time.... they know. the ones who don't are the Christians.
all the while raw milk providers are really getting swat teamed. amerika.

It matters not what kind of "pop" you have down here (Pepsi, Fanta, Dr. Pepper) we call it Coke
I agree...I think milk tastes great already, especially with the rigjt foods. I have to agree on the dangers of aspartame because I have been listening to and reading the negative reports about it for years. Like flouride, I don't kbow why people who should know would be so up in arms over any particular chemical otherwise.

Why would they wish to put artificial sweetner in milk when there is natural sugar in milk already? And speaking of sugar, why don't they just make diet pop?

I guess I could turn the question around and say who is sweetpoison but a healthfood group out to make money by getting you to buy their product? The research that found it to be "poison' would be like giving a human the equivalent of 500 gallons a day, which nobody would consume. I am going to guess we will have to disagree on this one, as I could pull other sources (like liberal snopes)that have no interest in the food business and you would be free to say they have an agenda. I use cursed sugar by the way in my tea.

That they are attempting to place aspartame in milk they are already wrecking via hormones and cooking is no great surprise.
Recommend folks find themselves a local dairy that produces milk naturally as God intended it. A dairy that gives cows fresh air and abundant grass to eat. A dairy that adds no poisonous chemicals to the end product and doesn't cook away the good properties of the milk.
