Rev. Franklin Graham and other leading evangelical figures are publicly backing efforts to require background checks for all gun purchases, providing a shot in the arm to stalled congressional efforts to enact elements of President Barack Obama’s gun control plan.
Graham, the son of evangelist Billy Graham and the president of Christian relief organization Samaritan’s Purse, and Dr. Richard Land of the Southern Baptist Convention’s Ethics & Religious Liberty Commission told TIME they have agreed to back universal background check legislation put forward by the administration in the wake of last year’s shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Conn....
What ever happened to separation of church and state? Oh I see. If the church is in favor of intrusive legislation that aligns with liberal ideology, it's ok.
Maybe we should have federally licensed clergy with a background check requirement. If it works for the second amendment, why not the first?

You are assuming he was a watchman! Watchmen have a bit of a habit of warning people! Can you ever remember him warning anyone about anything?

I did, however, download a couple of others: "The reality of an eternal Hell" "God's view of homosexuality" Is he your Pastor? You sure quote him a lot. You are a Gil Rugh shill.

Maybe you're right Jim. We might also ask does the president know it's a full time job being president, and shouldn't have the time to be ever campaigning?

Religion is politics. There is no dividing the two.
