I'm with you, Jim, as I fully support our off-world excursions. They say space is the final frontier, but people forget the vastly unexplored oceans, along with much of the Amazon where most of it has never felt the impression of a human foot. I'm still disappointed that we won't be exploring more of the moon.
This sure doesn't look good! "A billion here, a billion there, pretty soon, you're talking real money." Yes, I support the Mars program, and I was really surprised that the Rube Goldberg landing technique worked, but I sure hope they can keep this thing running.
