Did Pope Benedict Resign to Avoid Arrest?
The historically unprecedented resignation of Joseph Ratzinger as Pope this week was compelled by an upcoming action by a European government to issue an arrest warrant against Ratzinger and a public lien against Vatican property and assets by Easter.

The ITCCS Central Office in Brussels is compelled by Pope Benedict's sudden abdication to disclose the following details:

1. On Friday, February 1, 2013, on the basis of evidence supplied by our affiliated Common Law Court of Justice (itccs.org), our Office concluded an agreement with representatives of a European nation and its courts to secure an arrest warrant against Joseph Ratzinger, aka Pope Benedict, for crimes against humanity and ordering a criminal conspiracy. ...

Chris excellent point that Peter may have never been in Rome, and the papal line has been broken, There are also the A list of --some of-- the "Bad Popes", not that there were that many good ones, What Are Roman Catholic Taught About the Pope and Papal Infallibility? (PDF) and Is the Pope Infallible In Matters of Doctrine and Morals?—Part 2 (PDF)from which
Bernard Hasler wrote:
It is becoming increasingly obvious, in fact, that the dogma of papal infallibility has no basis either in the Bible or the history of the Church during the first millennium. If, however, the First Vatican Council was not free, then neither was it ecumenical. And in that case its decrees have no claim to validity. So the way is clear to revise this Council and, at the same time, to escape from a situation which both history and theology find more and more indefensible. Is this asking too much of the Church? Can it ever admit that a Council erred, that an 1870 Vatican I made the wrong decision?

My question to the Roman Catholics remains; Did God make yet another mistake? Joe was the latest Pope in a long "unbroken" line since Peter...appointed by God Himself, so what's going on here?

As a side note, there is no evidence that Peter was ever in Rome.

Mike of N.Y., it's not so much have we heard of this outfit, but a rather well known newspaper gives reasons why nothing will come of it, (Some 2,000 complaints before theirs were ignored.)

Pope accused of crimes against humanity excerpt from this article, 'Barbara Blaine, president of the US-based Survivors Network of those Abused by priests, said going to the court was a last resort.
'"We have tried everything we could think of to get them to stop and they won't," she said. "If the Pope wanted to, he could take dramatic action at any time that would help protect children today and in the future, and he refuses to take the action."'

While applauding this alleged news, anybody ever hear of ITCCS before now?

From their website as of January 30, 2013, prior to this so-called announcement about the pope:

"The Prosecution has named and subpoenaed as defendants Pope Benedict and the Vatican, the Crown and Queen of England, the Prime Minister of Canada and fiduciary officers of the Catholic, Anglican and United churches.
"Our aim is nothing less than the disestablishment of the institutions responsible for the worst Genocide in human history: the planned extermination of indigenous nations and their children on this continent" summarized ICLCJ advisor to the Prosecutor's Office, Kevin Annett Eagle Strong Voice today.

"In his summation, Annett called on the Court's fifty eight sworn Citizen Jurors to bring in a guilty verdict against the defendants and a sentence of no less than twenty five years in prison for them and the forfeiture of their wealth."

Maybe we should stop cheering for an organization of nutcases looking to get rich?

Wasn't Joe one more, in a long line of Popes, appointed by God Himself? Did God make another mistake? I'd like to hear this explained.

Laughable, in that he could be arrested -- not that he may have deserved to be arrested. You don't go around arresting heads of states, which the Pope is, The Pope and the Papacy amongst various other obnoxious things.

This might be a good reason though for him not to leave the Vatican grounds once he resigns

With so many countries wishing or who already have established diplomatic relations with the Satan's Church all Ratzy has to do is to have a diplomatic passport and go anywhere he wishes without fear of arrest. He has that as the Pope, and no doubt a new Pope will issue him a Vatican passport after his resignation.

Oooohh!! Whats Joseph been up to???

Is this the real reason for his resignation?

The plot thickens!!!

Not just idolatry and blasphemy but fraud and "crimes against humanity"!!!

Protestants have been telling people about this criminal organisation for centuries.

BTW This would mean that all this rubbish about "old age and infirmity" was lies.

Does the papal antichrist tell lies???
