7-year-old playing an imaginary game at school gets suspended for real
A 2nd grader has been suspended from school in Loveland for a make believe game he was playing.
He was playing a game during recess at Loveland’s Mary Blair Elementary School and threw an imaginary grenade into a box with pretend evil forces inside.
“I pretended the box, there’s something shaking in it, and I go ‘pshhh.’”
The boy didn’t throw anything real or make any threats against anyone. He explains he was pretending to be the hero. “So nothing can get out and destroy the world.”
...
Their gonna ban use of imagination now. Like I said weeks before what a bunch of sensitive leftist sissies. Let the kid be a kid. Enough of this garbage. Way too politically correct leftist sensitive sissies.
I was listening to this story on the radio yesterday. What a joke this country has become compared to where we were at not all that long ago. Over the top political correctness, don't offend or upset the bad guys, gay is ok, financial support and arms sales to those who hate us and want us dead, unecessary gun control because of a few, etc, etc, and now, the children are being targeted with extreme prejudice, simply for doing the things that kids do...things that were never an issue throughout the history of this country. I think the leadership of this country has been taken over by a bunch of effeminate men who have absolutely no clue as to what they are doing. Just thinking out loud .
It is really sad that something natural, healthy, and SAFE can be so easily perverted by those with an ungodly agenda. We no longer encourage our young boys to be warriors and prepare them for life and manhood rather they are to be asexual lil wimps that will not provide opposition to those in power, you know, the only ones with brains.
