Catholic, Protestant Churches Sign Historic Baptism Agreement
Leaders representing the Roman Catholic Church and some American Protestant denominations have signed an agreement in Texas to recognize each other's baptisms.

After about six years of dialogue, the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, the Reformed Church in America, Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), the Christian Reformed Church in North America, and the United Church of Christ signed a document recognizing each other's liturgical rites of baptism.

The five denominations signed the "Common Agreement on Mutual Recognition of Baptism," affirming the baptism agreement on Tuesday evening at a prayer service held at St. Mary's Cathedral in Austin. ...

2. If you are hungry enough, you will eat even seaweed bro. Also there are many roadside treats to eat, like blackberries etc. There is water in streams, wild garlic plants, all sorts when you know where to look.

and of course if there's any fish left in the sea they are fair pickings. There's always a way to eat, even if we have to go back to primitive living, learning how to start a fire without matches etc.

3. We will have to wait and see whether we can find food or not.

We are privileged to be alive at such a time in the history of the world.

Yes, all good points, and thanks for the info. I am especially interested in free food which is available along the shore. Certain varieties of seaweed are very nutritious, and of course if there's any fish left in the sea they are fair pickings. John UK, good morning Pilgrim. I agree with your thoughts on the mark. Those who have it will be able to buy sell; those that don’t can’t. That is an easy way to track and find those without a mark. Only a genuine believer would be able to watch his love ones die from starvation and things like that. I also think that receiving this mark isn’t a causal thing, because those that receive it will actually worship the beast and some statue of himself that was made (Re. 19:20, Re. 16:2, Re. 14:11) Sort of like the statue that was made in Daniel 3, but on a smaller scale. Are you aware that the Catholics don’t have the commandment to not make or worship graven images? They go from nr. 1 to nr. 3 and then separate nr. 10 into 9 and 10; so it looks like they have 10. They spin this by saying nr. 2 is really contained in nr. 1, or something like that. They worship images now, so it won’t be a big deal to them. Since those with the mark “can’t” be forgiven, then I think it will demand denouncing Christ as being satanic; while receiving the real satan as your god. Remember some Jews did, said that Christ was demonic,and Christ said that was an unforgivable sin – blasphemy.

Thank you Steve, a fair point. But I was merely showing how easy it is with modern technology to implant an ID mark via a chip implant. I personally think it is an atrocity to inject our dogs with such a device.

As for the "mark", scratched or etched on the right hand or forehead, I believe it is likely to be laser-printed, and will be an ID number with all details on it. This method was being developed back in the 80's, and likely to be made law sometime soon. However, unlike the protestant doctrine of justification which is fixed, accurate and definite, this is conjecture about the mark of the beast, and will only be proven in time when it happens.

millions of protestants who were martyred for their faith by Rome ? millions? While we dont have an accurate number, we know that number is in the thousands. For instance, the Spanish Inquisition executed about 5000. In comparison, experts estimate 100k new Christians martyrs every year since 2000 on top of the bloodiest century led by the Communists. Accusing the RCC with that Council of Trent decree with false numbers should remind you of one of the 10 Commandments. btw- The Lord uses marks to save his people as well & not just the 144k of Revelation

Ezekiel 9:3 And the glory of the God of Israel was gone up from the cherub, whereupon he was, to the threshold of the house. And he called to the man clothed with linen, which had the writer's inkhorn by his side;

Ezekiel 9:4 And the LORD said unto him, Go through the midst of the city, through the midst of Jerusalem, and set a mark upon the foreheads of the men that sigh and that cry for all the abominations that be done in the midst thereof.
... Ezekiel 9:6 Slay utterly old and young,..., and women: but come not near any man upon whom is the mark;

Those millions of protestants who were martyred for their faith by Rome had an altogether different view.
Johnuk mentioned 'the cross' and I think wondered at the use of such by professing Christians. Think how Rome uses 'the cross' and see what Rome teaches about such a mark.

Thanks, I looked at the link. After reading it, I still "tend" to be one of the conspiracy nuts. I would say it will likely be some type of chip, but I really don't have a clue. But a visible or recognizable mark it will be.

1. Amen indeed. We have been fortunate to spend the last few months focussing on the crucifixion and all the various folks involved with it. Most profitable.

2. It would appear, from the text you chose, that finance will be at the forefront of the beast's tactics. I agree, and it makes me wonder about all these online payment methods: nochex, paypal, and a host of others who have full access to all our bank accounts. I don't know what it's like in America, but also the card is being used more and more in the UK, and online purchases are causing many businesses to go under unless they go along with it.

Do you believe that the great tribulation will involve secular/papal persecution? I ask because I have not really gone into this in any depth, and am very interested for the simple reason it is unfolding before our very eyes. There's nothing like preparing for something.

1. Incorrect.
2. Possibly, but none of them believed the Roman Catholic doctrine of salvation, but were saved by grace, through faith alone in Christ alone. If anyone adds one iota to the finished work of Jesus Christ, they insult God and are worthy of eternal damnation for their self-righteous, works-salvationist, devilish pride.
