Islamists Protesting in England: ‘Shariah Is an Inevitability’
The Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI) posted unbelievable video Sunday of Islamists rallying in England a little over one week ago to protest the French intervention in Mali.
The chants of the Islamists, though, appear to target the West in its entirety. Far from objecting to French foreign policy, the speakers repeatedly threaten that an Islamic caliphate will begin in Africa and the Middle East, but will eventually spread to “the whole world.”
“We will not stop as Muslims until the whole world is governed by Islam,” one man says evenly and calmly....

Exemptions seems to be cronie captialism at its best. I like the insight of unjust weights and balances.

When a corporation, like Hostess, goes under. The PEOPLE who work there lose their jobs,(and more than likely even other PEOPLE who were involved in the supply chain will lose their jobs) the PEOPLE who invested their money lose the money they invested, and the PEOPLE who bought their product are no longer able to enjoy it. Only in the most technical legal sense of term would you not view a corporation as the people that are involved in it.

Cliff, you are more used to friction, bloodshed, and political intrigue, than your English counterparts. And I believe you are on the button with your post. Except maybe for NI, the rest of the UK is fast asleep and full of lethargy, or under a spell, particularly those in power. But a time will come when Islam rises up too much, or too many times. A time when politicians will be forced to do something about civil action by those who would take over the country. It will not be pretty.

well, things like Ocare are likely to make it happen here as well. instead of a nation of citizens with individual rights we are returning to the roman times of social groups or leagues having certain rights and others not. (and as we are being forced to eat up, "a coorporation is a person", but then again, the person is no longer an indiviudal with inalienable rghts) that's how the path is paved. collective rights, and since coorporate monopoly has become more american than apple pie (we don't bake pies anymore, but instead eat candy laced with asp@#tame, and don't bother growing fruit trees) -- then it is no surprise to see it begin with the huge industry - driven forced payment to bring all things health under one centralized system.
