Obama, Business Leaders Come Out for Gay Marriage in Illinois

Illinois, the state where Barack Obama first cut his political teeth will soon vote whether to legalize same-sex marriage and the president is putting his political force behind the measure in hopes of turning the Land of Lincoln into the 10th state to legalize gay marriage.

White House spokesman Shin Inouye confirmed on Sunday that Obama would weigh in on the issue given he once served in the Illinois State Senate.

The endorsement is somewhat rare given that sitting presidents rarely comment on state issues. However, Obama did endorse gay marriage in Minnesota and Washington during the fall elections. Both passed on the same day Obama was re-elected to a second term. ...

Dear John, I did not vote for a third party candidate - I dissented from participating in the 2012 charade of a Presidential election. You really need to sign up for my weekly newsletter so you can become better informed. Please contact me and I'll add you to the e-list.

And what good did it do for you to vote for a Third Party presidential candidate? No good whatsoever because your insane man for president did not win and did not even stand a chance of winning. That really is stupid to not have voted for Romney simply because he is a Mormon. That is just as stupid as what some Protestants did in 1960 not voting for Kennedy because they believed that if Kennedy was elected that he would have taken orders from the Vatican. Romney would have been a better president then Obama because at least under Romney there would have been a chance that Roe v Wade would have been overturned as Romney would have appointed Pro Life Judges to the Supreme Court. But now under Obama there is zero chance that Roe v Wade will be overturned as Obama will appoint Pro Abortion Judges to the Supreme Court. How can you deny that by you voting for an insane Third Party candidate that you just helped Obama get reelected?

Also, please know that our ungodly state of IL has had problems for many years much like the rest of the united States. Is your state really any better than mine?

I blame all the problems in Ill. because of all the queers in Chicago. By, the way, The Bible Says Homosexuality is Sin which is the best argument against queerness and queer marriage, but there is also The Secular Case Against Gay Marriage that is a good argument against it too. There are so many Catholics in Ill. that there would be a definite possibility such a law could pass in that state. Is A Catholic Christian An Oxymoron? But no, Are We Really Catholic Bashing?
