Christian Colleges Score Win: Court Orders Rewrite of Birth Control Mandate
A federal appeals court on Tuesday sided with Wheaton College and Belmont Abbey College in a decision related to the ongoing court challenges to the Obama administration's birth control mandate. The court said it would hold the Obama administration to its promise to never implement the current birth control mandate and to create a new rule by August, as part of the court decision.
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit ordered Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius to give it updates every 60 days, beginning in February, until a new rule is issued in August. The lawsuits will be held in abeyance until that time.
"There will, the government said, be a different rule for entities like the appellants," the court wrote, "and we take that as a binding commitment. The government further represented that it would publish a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking for the new rule in the...
However, your comments don't have too much to do with the article at hand, and by high school age, Christian children should be old enough to do some missionary work in high schools, if they wish their kids to attend them.
Corinthians 5 11 But actually, I wrote to you not to associate with any so-called brother if he should be an immoral person, or covetous, or an idolater, or a reviler, or a drunkard, or a swindler-- not even to eat with such a one. 12 For what have I to do with judging outsiders? Do you not judge those who are within the church? 13 But those who are outside, God judges. REMOVE THE WICKED MAN FROM AMONG YOURSELVES.---NASB

Thank you gentlemen, I wonder if it was a reaction from one the members of that tight-knit group in Kansas? You know, Night & day: The difference between Southern Baptists & Fred Phelps? I pointed out they were planning to picket the children funerals in Connecticut, and by the way, I think it can be assumed at the age these children were they hadn't formed a sexual preference. Since that group apparently recognizes only one sin, anyone who doesn't agree with them, must be suffering from it? I really didn't know there were that many queer Southern Baptists
I think that the moderator should have taken Max's comment out. Jim comes across as a caring Christian who studies his Bible and tries to live by it. He puts out many helpful links and posts.
Where do you get that, Max? did you even read the article? I have often spoken out against queer marriages and almost as often if not as often referenced my pastor's sermon, The Bible Says Homosexuality is Sin.
Anyway, the court ruling was a-g-a-i-n-s-t legal aid for abortion, am I misreading the article? I would again suggest that you read it.
