NJ School District May Ban Substitute Teacher for Giving a Bible to a Student’
Walter Tutka, a substitute teacher in Phillipsburg, New Jersey, faces an uncertain future, as officials weigh removing him from the classroom — at least temporarily — following an incident in which he gave a Bible to a student.
Tutka apparently quoted from the Bible to a student earlier in the school year who was last in line before leaving the classroom. He said, “So the last will be first, and the first will be last” (found in Matthew 20:16). Curious, the student asked numerous times where the statement originated. I certainly hope that this teacher has a strong fellowship to support him as he loses a job during a time of joblessness, otherwise he'll hear this Sunday how america is so special (code for "I don't want to deal with it") and will have to turn to home fellowships.... such as many I've known.
so why do we blame all those leaving and saying its their unbelief that makes them leave? maybe its their belief!
Ah, since the subject of the article mentioned, "Christmas," he must not be a JW, Jewish? Christmas. I would also suppose it was the NT of the NWT, q.v., NWT Part 1 and Part 2.

True story. When I was in 3rd grade I remember my teacher use to give out prizes for those who memorized the most bible verses. Now, I admit to being an old-timer, but it amazes me how much our culture has changed. Come soon Lord Jesus, come soon!

What a joke. Now, giving someone a Bible is a crime! I really never thought I'd see the day when I would read something like this. Pretty soon, the persecution in this once great country will mirror that of those we are now praying for around the world.
